The Cohen Media Group is preparing a Blu-ray release of Tarik Saleh's Eagles of the Republic (2026), starring Fares Fares, Lyna Khoudri, Cherien Dabis, Zineb Triki, and Sherwan Haji. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on June 23.
Description: Egypt's most adored actor George Fahmy (Fares Fares, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) is pressured to star in a film commissioned by the highest authorities. He reluctantly accepts the role and finds himself thrown into the inner circle of power. Like a moth drawn to the flame he begins an affair with the mysterious wife of the general overseeing the film.
