Blu-ray Sales: March 22-28: Return to Silent Hill and Killers of the Flower Moon Top the Charts

For the week that ended on March 28th, Cineverse's Return to Silent Hill rose up three spots and topped the Blu-ray-only chart in its second week. The third film in the Silent Hill film franchise opened in January 2026, but despite the return of Silent Hill director Christophe Gans to the series, Return to Silent Hill still received negative reviews and only managed a global box office haul of some $47 million. This week, Return to Silent Hill had an HD share of 61% and 33% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.

Debuting in second place on the Blu-ray-only chart is the Criterion Collection's Killers of the Flower Moon. Martin Scorsese's latest film opened in October 2023 (subsequently moving to streaming and digital releases) and while it failed to recoup its massive $200+ million budget at the box office, it received positive reviews and was nominated for ten Academy Awards, including Best Cinematography (Rodrigo Prieto), Best Supporting Actor (Robert De Niro), Best Actress (Lily Gladstone), Best Director and Best Picture. Killers of the Flower Moon also marks the second Scorsese film in a row to premiere on home video via Criterion (after The Irishman in 2020) and the boutique label granted the film a DigiPack release, with Dolby Atmos audio, Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc and over two hours of extras on a dedicated second Blu-ray disc. This week, Killers of the Flower Moon sold 91% as many Blu-ray units as Return to Silent Hill, with an HD share of 73% and 57% of units sold from the 4K UHD format, enough to make it the week's top 4K UHD title.

Rising back up into the top three Blu-rays is Walt Disney Home Entertainment's Zootopia 2. The hotly-anticipated sequel to Zootopia opened in November 2025 to similarly positive reviews and massive box office success, grossing over $428 million domestically, some $85 million more than its predecessor. But internationally, Zootopia 2 has also grossed a staggering $1.4 billion, giving it a worldwide total of over $1.86 billion, enough to make it both the highest-grossing Hollywood film of 2025 and the second-highest-grossing animated film of all time. This week, Zootopia 2 sold 80% as many Blu-ray units as Return to Silent Hill, with an HD share of 44%, but just 9% of units sold from the 4K UHD format, which is currently available only in the US and only in Limited Edition SteelBook packaging, which has experienced supply issues. Although there is currently no sign of a standard Zootopia 2 4K UHD release in North America or Europe, a Japanese edition is currently set for May 2026.

Elsewhere on the charts, the Warner Archive Collection's two-disc Blu-ray of the Looney Tunes Collector's Vault: Volume 2 (1935-1963) came in at No. 4 on the Blu-ray-only chart, while Arrow Video's 4K UHD release of Red Sonja (1985) brought that film up to No. 12. Finally, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Blu-ray of Scott Pilgrim Takes Off: The Complete Limited Series (2023) debuted at No. 18.

Elsewhere on the UHD Sellers chart, Kino Lorber's A Bridge Too Far 4K came in at No. 6, while outside the top ten, Kino's Uncommon Valor 4K came in at No. 12. Radiance Films' Cutter's Way 4K came in at No. 13, while Shout Factory's Hail, Caesar! 4K rounded out the chart at No. 20.
