ClassicFlix will release on Blu-ray Fleischer Cartoons: Greatest Hits, Volume 1. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on May 26.
Label description: Beautifully restored in 4K, largely from original studio negatives, come 20 cartoons on Blu-ray from legendary animation pioneer Max Fleischer in Fleischer Cartoons – Greatest Hits, Volume 1.
Streeting on May 26th, Volume 1 features beloved Fleischer characters like Betty Boop™, Popeye the Sailor Man™, Koko the Clown™ and Superman™, and is a set animation fans have waited years for and can now finally add to their own collection.
Distributed by ClassicFlix, this release represents part of the ongoing film restoration project led by Jane Fleischer Reid (Max Fleischer's granddaughter) through her company Fabulous Fleischer Cartoons Restored and partner label Cartoon Logic.
To add to the Fleischer goodness, a collector's bundle with the Blu-ray, a postcard, stickers and enamel pins will be exclusively available from project partner Rockin' Pins here.

ABOUT FABULOUS FLEISCHER CARTOONS RESTORED
Max Fleischer and his company, Fleischer Studios, made nearly 700 cartoons and shorts between 1919 and 1942. Fleischer created the iconic Betty Boop, and was the first to animate Popeye and Superman. However, there is no comprehensive library of his work.
In 2021, Fleischer's granddaughter, Jane Fleischer Reid formed Fabulous Fleischer Cartoons Restored to create such a library by searching out the best film elements from around the world. To date, with her team and producer Mauricio Alvarado, Jane has restored over 130 cartoons, with many more to come.
ABOUT CARTOON LOGIC
A unique label in today's home video landscape, Cartoon Logic's exclusive focus is on restoring classic animated shorts which have never been seen, or have only been available in muddy, hard-to-views prints.
Led by producers and restoration artists Thad Komorowski and Samantha Davis, their inaugural release was 2025's Aesop's Fables - The 1920s, Volume 1, and their second release, Famous Studios Champion Collection, is scheduled to street on April 21st.
