Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that it will release '
Michael Jackson's This Is It ', the movie documenting the late performer's rehearsals for a series of London concerts cancelled after Jackson's sudden passing, on Blu-ray on January 26, 2010. It will be presented in 1080p AVC video with a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack.

Initially, the plan was for the movie documenting Michael Jackson's last rehearsals to come out on BD in December (see blu-ray.com,
October 30), but the studio finally decided to stick to a more conventional release window.
