Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will add several new titles to its Blu-ray catalog. They are:

The Private War of Major Benson
Description: Major Benson is an officer whose comments in a magazine get him transferred to the Sheridan Military Academy where upon arrival he is horrified to learn that the recruits he has been put in charge of are young boys. His feelings are reciprocated by the boys who are not used to having such a demanding and unsympathetic troop leader. In need of an ally, Benson turns to Kay, a beautiful nurse. However, even she may not be able to help, especially when the boys sign a petition to replace him.

Here Comes Cookie
Description: A rich retiree (Harrison Allen) with two daughters, Phyllis and Gracie, suspects that Phyllis' fiance is after his money. Much to everyone's surprise, he decides to deed every cent over to Gracie in an effort to protect his fortune. Unfortunately, Gracie falls under the impression that her father wants the family to think they are poor. So, she immediately sets out to invite a whole slew of out-of- work vaudevillians to come reside at the mansion.

Mississippi
Description: Two of the most popular entertainers of all time, Bing Crosby and W.C. Fields, pair up for the musical comedy Mississippi. Set in the Old South, a gentleman (Crosby) loses his honor and the respect of his fiance after he refuses to engage in a duel. After taking a singing job on a riverboat, he must learn to regain his confidence with the help of a quirky captain (Fields).

Million Dollar Legs
Description: W.C. Fields plays the President of Klopstokia, a bankrupt European country that makes a bid for fame and fortune by entering its top athletes in the 1932 Summer Games in Los Angeles. Directed by Edward Cline (The Bank Dick, 1940) and co-written by Joseph L. Mankiewicz (All About Eve, 1950), this madcap, Pre-Code comedy is one of W.C. Fields's most anarchic satires and includes scene stealing performances by comic character actors Jack Oakie, Billy Gilbert, Hugh Herbert and Ben Turpin.
