For the week of January 26th, Music Box Films will release on Blu-ray Angus MacLachlan's A Little Prayer, starring David Strathairn, Jane Levy, Dascha Polanco, Will Pullen, Anna Camp and Celia Weston.

Description: Bill (David Strathairn) is a pillar of his Southern community: a business owner, a veteran, and the proud patriarch of an unruly but loving family. His daughter Patti (Anna Camp) has returned home after the collapse of her marriage, while his son David (Will Pullen) struggles to stay afloat. He has brought David into the family business, but harbors doubts about his discipline and commitment. Bill gravitates towards Tammy (Jane Levy), his daughter-in-law and the only other person in his rambunctious household who values contemplation and repose. When Bill begins to suspect that David may be straying from his marital vows with a coworker (Dascha Polanco), the father must confront the perplexing inscrutability of his son's choices and their consequences for the rest of the family.

Music Box Films' Blu-ray of A Little Prayer contains audio commentary with Angus MacLachlan, Inside the Arthouse with Angus MacLachlan and Jane Levy, a panel discussion from EbertFest 2025, an image gallery and a theatrical trailer.

New on Blu-ray from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is Dylan Southern's The Thing with Feathers, starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Richard Boxall, Henry Boxall, Eric Lampaert, Sam Spruell and David Thewlis.

Description: Left to raise two young sons after the unexpected death of his wife, Dad's grief takes form in an unhinged houseguest—Crow—taunting him from the shadows. Things soon spiral out of control…but that could be exactly what he needs.

Also coming from Universal is a 4K UHD upgrade for Kat Coiro's Marry Me (2022), starring Jennifer Lopez, Owen Wilson, Maluma, John Bradley, Sarah Silverman and Chloe Coleman. Sourced from a 4K master, Universal presents Marry Me with HDR and Dolby Atmos audio. Extras include audio commentary with Kat Coiro and producer Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, deleted scenes, a gag reel, a lyric video and five featurettes.

New on Blu-ray from Cohen Media Group is Gabriele Fabbro's Trifole (Trifole - Le radici dimenticate), starring Umberto Orsini, Ydalie Turk, Margherita Buy, Enzo Iacchetti, Frances Sholto-Douglas and Francesco Zecca.

In Italy's Piedmont region, aging truffle hunter Igor (Umberto Orsini, The Damned) faces failing health and the loss of his family home. When his aimless granddaughter Dalia (Ydalie Turk) arrives from London to care for him, their strained reunion transforms as she embarks on a quest for a legendary truffle that could change both their lives. Trifole is a warm, whimsical tale of family, tradition, and belonging.

Cohen Media Group's Blu-ray of Trifole contains behind-the-scenes and interviews with Gabriele Fabbro, Umberto Orsini and Ydalie Turk, Recording the Score and a theatrical trailer.

Turning to catalog titles, the Warner Archive Collection has several titles coming to Blu-ray. They are:

Victor Fleming's Red Dust (1932), starring Clark Gable, Jean Harlow, Gene Raymond, Mary Astor, Donald Crisp and Tully Marshall. Sourced from a new 4K scan of best preservation elements, Warner Archive presents Red Dust with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include two MGM Technicolor shorts Over the Counter and Wild People (both 1932) and a theatrical trailer with alternate footage.

Raoul Walsh's Manpower (1941), starring Edward G. Robinson, Marlene Dietrich, George Raft, Alan Hale, Frank McHugh and Eve Arden. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original nitrate camera negative, Warner Archive presents Manpower with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include the Merrie Melodies short Snowtime for Comedy and the Looney Tunes short Joe Glow, the Firefly (both 1941).

Don Siegel's The Verdict (1946), starring Sydney Greenstreet, Peter Lorre, Joan Lorring, George Coulouris, Rosalind Ivan and Paul Cavanagh. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Warner Archive presents The Verdict with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include the Merrie Melodies short Hair-Raising Hare (1946) and the Looney Tunes short Birth of a Notion (1947) and three radio programs with either Sydney Greenstreet or Peter Lorre.

Richard Fleischer's The Narrow Margin (1952), starring Charles McGraw, Marie Windsor, Jacqueline White, Gordon Gebert, Queenie Leonard and David Clarke. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Warner Archive presents The Narrow Margin with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include audio commentary with director William Friedkin (including audio interview excerpts with Richard Fleischer), the WB short film So You Never Tell a Lie and the Looney Tunes short The Super Snooper (both 1952) and the film's original theatrical trailer. David Butler's By the Light of the Silvery Moon (1953), starring Doris Day, Gordon MacRae, Leon Ames, Rosemary DeCamp, Billy Gray and Mary Wickes. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original Technicolor negatives, Warner Archive presents By the Light of the Silvery Moon with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include the Looney Tunes short From A to Z-Z-Z-Z, the WB shorts So You Want a Television Set and So You Want to Learn to Dance (all 1953) and the film's original theatrical trailer.

Rudolph Maté's For the First Time (1959), starring Mario Lanza, Kurt Kasznar, Hans Söhnker, Annie Rosar, Sandro Giglio and Walter Rilla. Sourced from a new 6K scan of of the original Technirama negative, Warner Archive presents For the First Time with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include the Looney Tunes short Long-Haired Hare (1959) and the film's original theatrical trailer.

Hanna-Barbera's The New Fred and Barney Show (1979), featuring the voices of Henry Corden, Mel Blanc, Gay Autterson, Jim MacGeorge, Barney Phillips and Janet Waldo. Sourced from 4K scans of the original negatives, Warner Archive presents all 17 episodes of The New Fred and Barney Show in a two-disc set with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio.

Kino Lorber also have several titles coming to Blu-ray and 4K UHD. They are:

A Blu-ray for George Marshall's Hold That Blonde! (1945), starring Eddie Bracken, Veronica Lake, Albert Dekker, Frank Fenton, George Zucco and Donald MacBride. Kino's Blu-ray contains a new audio commentary with film historian / writer Julie Kirgo and writer / filmmaker Peter Hankoff.

A remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Michael Winner's The Mechanic (1972), starring Charles Bronson, Jan-Michael Vincent, Keenan Wynn, Jill Ireland, Frank DeKova and Celeste Yarnall. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Kino presents The Mechanic with Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include a new audio commentary with film historians Steve Mitchell and Troy Howarth as well as two legacy audio commentary tracks: one with film historian Paul Talbot (author of the Bronson's Loose! books) and another with cinematographer Richard H. Kline (moderated by film historian Nick Redman). Also included is an interview with screenwriter Lewis John Carlino and a theatrical trailer.

A remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Hal Ashby's The Rolling Stones: Let's Spend the Night Together (1982). Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Kino presents Let's Spend the Night Together with a choice of lossless 2.0 or 5.1 audio tracks and in SDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include two new audio commentary tracks: one with Justin Sosa (host of Hang Fire: A Rolling Stones Podcast) and another with entertainment journalists / authors Bryan Reesman and Max Evry. Also included is a theatrical trailer.

A Blu-ray for Sydney Pollack's Sabrina (1995), starring Harrison Ford, Julia Ormond, Greg Kinnear, John Wood, Nancy Marchand and Lauren Holly. Kino's Blu-ray contains a new audio commentary with film historian / writer Julie Kirgo and writer / filmmaker Peter Hankoff, as well as a theatrical trailer.

Coming to Blu-ray from Radiance Films is Tai Katô's Blood of Revenge (明治侠客伝 三代目襲名) (1965), starring Koji Tsuruta, Sumiko Fuji, Tetsurô Tanba, Tôru Abe, Minoru Ôki and Shingo Yamashiro. Sourced from an HD master, Radiance presents Blood of Revenge with LPCM Mono audio and optional, newly-translated English subtitles. Extras include Katô's short film Lice Are Scary (1943) and a new visual essay on actress Sumiko Fuji (AKA Junko Fuji) by Mark Schilling. Also coming from Radiance is a new Blu-ray edition of Francesco Rosi's Illustrious Corpses (Cadaveri eccellenti) (1976), starring Lino Ventura, Tino Carraro, Marcel Bozzuffi, Paolo Bonacelli, Alain Cuny and Maria Carta. Previously released in 2021, Radiance's Blu-ray edition of Illustrious Corpses comes with LPCM 2.0 Mono audio and optional English subtitles. Extras include a new interview with professor Gaetana Marrone (author of The Cinema of Francesco Rosi), archival interviews with Francesco Rosi and Lino Ventura from 1976, a trailer and an image gallery. Limited edition content includes a "booklet featuring new writing on the film by Michael Atkinson, and newly translated writing by and interview with Rosi". Finally this week, the Criterion Collection have three titles coming to Blu-ray and 4K UHD. They are:

A remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Hector Babenco's Kiss of the Spider Woman (1985), starring William Hurt, Raul Juliá, Sonia Braga, José Lewgoy, Milton Gonçalves and Míriam Pires. Sourced from a new 4K master, Criterion presents Kiss of the Spider Woman with DTS-HD MA 5.1 or alternate LPCM Mono audio options and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include the feature-length documentary Tangled Web: Making "Kiss of the Spider Woman" (2008), an interview with Suzanne Jill Levine (biographer of Kiss of the Spider Woman author Manuel Puig), a "short program on Puig" and a trailer. Also included is an essay by critic B. Ruby Rich.

A Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Reginald Hudlin's House Party (1990), starring Christopher Reid, Christopher Martin, Robin Harris, Paul Anthony, Bowlegged Lou and B-Fine. Sourced from a new 4K master (supervised by director of photography Peter Deming and approved by Reginald Hudlin), Criterion presents House Party with DTS-HD MA 4.0 audio and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include a new audio commentary with Reginald Hudlin, a new conversation between Hudlin, producer Warrington Hudlin and film scholar Racquel Gates, a new cast reunion (featuring actors B-Fine, Bowlegged Lou, Paul Anthony, Tisha Campbell, AJ Johnson, Christopher Martin, Daryl "Chill" Mitchell and Christopher Reid), Hudlin's short film House Party (1983) and a trailer. Also included is an essay by author Michael Harriot.

A Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Jonathan Glazer's Birth (2004), starring Nicole Kidman, Cameron Bright, Danny Huston, Lauren Bacall, Alison Elliott and Arliss Howard. Sourced from a new 4K master (supervised and approved by Jonathan Glazer), Criterion presents Birth with DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include a new making of documentary, featuring behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with Jonathan Glazer, cast and cre members, a new program on the film's cinematography (featuring interviews with camera operator Craig Haagensen and first assistant cameraman Eric Swanek), interviews from 2004 with Jonathan Glazer and Nicole Kidman and a trailer. Also included is an essay by author Olivia Laing.
