Mogambo
Description: "Hey! A kangaroo," Eloise "Honey Bear" Kelly says when she sees a baby rhinoceros being lifted from an African pit. A Broadway showgirl stranded in the African jungle; Eloise is more suited for the urban jungle. Yet one look at safari guide Victor Marswell and Eloise knows exactly where she wants to be. Times change but the fun remains when Clark Gable portrays the virile Victor in this sassy, vibrant remake of Gable's 1932 hit Red Dust. Ava Gardner is at her most glamorous, despite the location, playing tough-hided, vulnerable hearted Eloise. And Grace Kelly us the prim anthropologist's wife who catches Victor's roving eye. Both women earned Oscar® nominations, with Kelly also winning a Supporting Actress Golden Globe for her performance. Directed by the legendary John Ford and filled with Ford's lung-swelling zest for the great outdoors, Mogambo shines anew having been meticulously restored directly from 4K scans of the original Technicolor negatives especially for this Warner Archive Blu-ray release.

Stranger on the Third Floor
Description: Critics and fans agree: Stranger on the Third Floor is the little B picture that launched one of the greatest movements in cinema history: Film Noir. Peter Lorre plays the eerie title role in this once-neglected gem about a reporter (John McGuire) whose testimony sentences a small-time loser (Elisha Cook, Jr.) to the electric chair for murder. When the reporter himself is fingered in a second murder, he realizes both crimes are the work of a furtive stranger – but will anyone believe him? All the shadowy, shivery, angled angst of German expressionism is here, married to the hard-boiled ambiguity that marks the genre. The highlight: a suspense-and-sweat-drenched dream sequence that jolted 1940 audiences into an exciting new way of looking at the movies. This new Warner Archive Blu-ray release has been remastered directly from 4K scans of the feature's original nitrate camera negative. This "stranger" never looked so good!
Special Features and Technical Specs:
- NEW 4K RESTORATION FROM THE ORIGINAL CAMERA NEGATIVE
- Three episodes of Peter Lorre starring in the classic radio series MYSTERY OF THE AIR:

Tarzan and His Mate
Description: Hail, Tarzan and his Mate, the second (and widely considered the best) of the six M-G-M Johnny Weissmuller/Maureen O'Sullivan Tarzan feature films. But when the Hays office looked at the original version of the film, out came the scissors. And out (snip!) went a semi-nude morning swim, out (snip!) went the topless tribal women, out (snip, snip!) went warfare action and more. This edition of Tarzan and his Mate contains the long-censored moments-and recaptures the original vision of the Lord of the Apes' life and love life. The story picks up a few years after 1932's Tarzan the Ape Man. Tarzan (Weissmuller) has been living for several years with the Englishwoman Jane Parker (O'Sullivan), but now Jane's former fiancé, Martin Arlington (Paul Cavanagh), comes to the jungle hoping to use her to find the legendary elephants' graveyard--and its fabled treasure of ivory. Arlington's arrogance and greed, however, lead to his gruesome death. Now, Tarzan races across the jungle, calling his friends, the elephants, to help save Jane from the same grisly fate.
Special Features and Technical Specs:
- NEW 4K RESTORATION FROM THE BEST PRESERVATION ELEMENTS
- Classic M-G-M shorts:
- "THE SPECTACLE MAKER"
- "WHAT PRICE JAZZ"
- Original Theatrical Trailer
- Optional English SDH subtitles for the main feature

Loopy De Loop: The Complete Collection
Description: Loopy De Loop is a French-Canadian wolf with a mission- to change the bad image that people have of wolves and make them appreciated as warm and generous fellow creatures. Not an easy job, even for a loup as charming as Mssr. Loopy, and the poor fellow is usually rewarded with a terrified cry of "Help!" and a clout on his head. But hope springs eternal in the heart of this unsavage beast as he tries to undo wolf's big, bad image by rendering aid and assistance to the likes of Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, Little Bo Beep, Hansel and Gretel, Cinderella, D'Artagnan, Dr. Jekyll and more to injurious and hilarious results. Following their initial success with THE HUCKLEBERRY HOUND SHOW on television, Hanna-Barbera created the Loopy de Loop cartoons for theatrical release through Columbia Pictures. These animated antics were highly popular on the big screen where they delighted audiences of all ages for six years. Loopy is (of course) voiced by the legendary Daws Butler, with other treasured vocal artists also contributing to their talents to these shorts including Don Messick and June Foray. Now, newly remastered from 4K scans of their original camera negatives, all forty-eight of Loopy's animated antics are contained in this complete collection, so get ready to cry, "Sacre-iliac!"
Special Features and Technical Specs:
- TWO-DISC SET
- NEW 4K RESTORATIONS FROM THE ORIGINAL CAMERA NEGATIVES
- 48 Theatrical Animated Shorts from Hanna-Barbera
- Optional English SDH subtitles for each episode
