Paramount Home Media Distribution has dated its upcoming Blu-ray release of Derek Drymon's The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants (2025). The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on March 3.
In addition to the standard Blu-ray release, the studio will issue a Limited Edition Blu-ray SteelBook, which will be sold exclusively at Walmart.
Description: SpongeBob and his Bikini Bottom friends set sail in their biggest adventure yet! Desperate to be a big guy, SpongeBob sets out to prove his bravery to Mr. Krabs by following The Flying Dutchman – a mysterious swashbuckling ghost pirate – on a fun-filled seafaring voyage that takes him to the deepest depths of the deep sea, where no Sponge has gone before.
