For the week that ended on December 6th, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's Superman (2025) re-took the top spot on the Blu-ray-only chart, which it last held during the week ending on October 4th. The latest screen iteration of the classic DC Comics character opened in cinemas in July 2025 and promptly topped the box office, grossing over $125 million on its opening weekend en route to over $354 million domestically and over $616 million worldwide. This week, Superman yet again had a super HD share of 77%, with 23% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.

Re-taking second place on the Blu-ray-only chart is Universal Pictures Home Entertainment's Jurassic World Rebirth. The seventh film in the Jurassic Park franchise opened in July 2025 to a mixed critical reception, but as ever, the dinosaurs are critic-proof when it comes to the box office, where the film has grossed over $339 million domestically and over $868 million globally. This week, Jurassic World Rebirth sold 97% as many Blu-ray units as Superman, with an HD share of 61% and 21% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.

Remaining in third place on the Blu-ray-only chart is Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's F1: The Movie. The racing drama with Brad Pitt, which was produced by Apple Studios, received positive reviews and topped the box office on its opening in June 2025, eventually grossing over $189 million domestically and over $631 million globally, becoming both the first box office hit for Apple and the highest-grossing film of Pitt's career. This week, F1: The Movie sold 82% as many Blu-ray units as Superman, with an HD share of 79% and 42% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.

Coming in fourth place on the Blu-ray-only chart is Shout Factory's The Killer (喋血雙雄) (1989). John Woo's Hong Kong action classic starring Chow Yun-Fat and Danny Lee had been released on Blu-ray in 2010, but that disc lacked lossless audio and received mixed reviews. Now newly remastered from its original camera negative, Shout's release contains original Cantonese or dubbed English DTS-HD MA Mono audio tracks, optional newly-translated English subtitles and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras are split over the 4K UHD and two Blu-rays, including two new audio commentaries (one with John Woo), a new feature-length documentary The Hero of Heroic Bloodshed: A John Woo Documentary, the Criterion Collection Laserdisc / DVD audio commentary with John Woo and Terence Chang, deleted and extended scenes and more. This week, The Killer sold 72% as many Blu-ray units as Superman, with a perfect HD share of 100% and 100% of units sold from the 4K UHD format, enough to also make it the week's top 4K UHD title.

And coming in fifth place on the Blu-ray-only chart is Warner Archive Collection's Blu-ray box set Tom and Jerry: The Golden Era Anthology (1940-1958). The six-disc set contains all 114 theatrical shorts from the iconic cat and mouse duo, along with over three hours of extras, including 20 audio commentaries, new and archival featurettes and a 28-page booklet. This week, the Tom and Jerry: The Golden Era Anthology sold 59% as many Blu-ray units as Superman, with an HD share of 95%.
