For the week of December 8th, Lionsgate Home Entertainment has a Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Aziz Ansari's Good Fortune (2025), starring Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari, Keke Palmer, Sandra Oh and Keanu Reeves.
Description: In Aziz Ansari's directorial debut, GOOD FORTUNE, a well-meaning but rather inept angel named Gabriel (Keanu Reeves) observes a struggling gig worker, Arj (Aziz Ansari), who is barely making ends meet in Los Angeles, and intervenes to show him that money can't solve all his problems. Gabriel swaps Arj's life with a wealthy venture capitalist, Jeff (Seth Rogen), but the plan backfires when Arj is convinced his newfound wealth has, in fact, solved all his problems. As Arj refuses to switch back, Jeff is left without his fortune, Gabriel loses his wings, and all three are forced to confront what it truly means to be human.
Liosngate's Blu-ray releases of Good Fortune contain the film's Dolby Atmos audio, with Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include audio commentary with Aziz Ansari and producer Alan Yang, Life Swap: Making Good Fortune, The Los Angeles of Good Fortune, and The Clothes Make the Man…and the Angel, as well as a theatrical trailer.
Also new from Lionsgate is a Blu-ray for Renny Harlin's The Strangers: Chapter 2, starring Gabriel Basso, Madelaine Petsch, Rachel Shenton, Richard Brake, Ema Horvath and Froy Gutierrez.

Coming to 4K UHD from Lionsgate is Fax Bahr, George Hickenlooper and Eleanor Coppola's documentary Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse (1991), starring Francis Ford Coppola, John Milius, George Lucas, Robert Duvall, Dennis Hopper and Marlon Brando. Sourced from a new 4K master, Lionsgate presents Hearts of Darkness with Dolby Vision HDR and DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio. Extras include The Making of Hearts of Darkness: A Filmmaker's Apocalypse.
Also coming to 4K UHD from Lionsgate is Kevin Smith's Dogma (1999), starring Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Linda Fiorentino, Salma Hayek, Jason Lee and Jason Mewes. Sourced from a new 4K master, Lionsgate presents Dogma with Dolby Vision HDR and a Dolby Atmos remix. New extras include an introduction from Kevin Smith, the feature-length documentary Revelations: Making Dogma, Establishing Shot with Robert Yeoman, a new Q&A, More Sermons from the Mount and a 25th anniversary teaser and trailer. Additional extras include audio commentary with Kevin Smith, Ben Affleck, Jason Lee, Jason Mewes, Scott Mosier and Vincent Pereira (with "optional video hijinks on Blu-ray"), technical audio commentary with Smith, Mosier and Pereira, deleted scenes with intros, storyboards, the documentary Judge Not: In Defense of Dogma (2001) and more. Then from Lionsgate is a new 4K UHD edition of Mary Harron's American Psycho (2000), starring Christian Bale, Justin Theroux, Josh Lucas, Bill Sage, Chloë Sevigny and Reese Witherspoon. Originally released in 2018, this edition adds the new extras Savage Satire: American Psycho at 25, A World of Perfect Surfaces: Visual Aesthetic and An Amuse-Bouche: Main Title, as well as a 2025 Q&A with Mary Harron. Special packaging includes a CD jewel case parodying the Huey Lewis and the News album Sports, as well as five business cards and "additional in-world items".
Then from Lionsgate is a 4K UHD release for Kinji Fukasaku's Battle Royale (バトル・ロワイアル) (2000), starring Tatsuya Fujiwara, Aki Maeda, Taro Yamamoto, Takeshi Kitano, Chiaki Kuriyama and Sôsuke Takaoka. Sourced from a 4K master, Lionsgate presents both the theatrical and director's cuts of Battle Royale with Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio, English subtitles, an English dubbed audio option and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD discs. New extras include the featurettes Kenta Fukasaku on Battle Royale and Battle Royale: The Ripples of Violence, while additional extras include The Making of Battle Royale, a Battle Royale press conference, Instructional Video: Birthday Version, audition and rehearsal footage a special effects comparison featurette, a Battle Royale documentary, basketball scene rehearsals, behind-the-scenes Featurette, a theatrical trailer, TV spots and more.
Finally from Lionsgate is a 4K UHD upgrade for Antoine Fuqua's Southpaw (2015), starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rachel McAdams, Rita Ora, Naomie Harris, Forest Whitaker and Curtis Jackson. Lionsgate presents Southpaw with Dolby Vision HDR and a Dolby Atmos remix. Extras include deleted scenes, Southpaw: Inside the Ring, a Q&A with the cast, an extended training montage and a theatrical trailer.

New on Blu-ray from AMC Studios is a The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon - Season Three (2025). The two-disc set contains all seven episodes, along with a Comic-Con 2025 panel and a Show Me More extra.
New on Blu-ray from Well Go USA is Kiah Roache-Turner's Beast of War, starring Mark Coles Smith, Sam Delich, Sam Parsonson, Maximillian Johnson, Tristan McKinnon and Steve Le Marquand.

(1945), starring Wendy Hiller, Roger Livesey, Pamela Brown, Finlay Currie, Catherine Lacey and Jean Cadell. Sourced from a new 4K master (by the BFI National Archive and The Film Foundation, supervised by filmmaker Martin Scorsese and editor Thelma Schoonmaker Powell), Criterion presents I Know Where I'm Going! with LPCM Mono audio and in SDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include audio commentary with film historian Ian Christie, an introduction by Martin Scorsese with a restoration demonstration featuring commentary with Thelma Schoonmaker Powell, behind-the-scenes stills with narration by Schoonmaker Powell, Mark Cousins' documentary "I Know Where I'm Going!" Sourced from a new 4K master (supervised and approved by Mira Nair), Criterion presents Salaam Bombay! with LPCM Mono audio, optional, newly-translated English subtitles and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include audio commentaries with Mira Nair and director of photography Sandi Sissel, a new conversation between Nair and composer L. Subramaniam, archival interviews with screenwriter Sooni Taraporevala and actors Aneeta Kanwar, Bernard Sissel, Shafiq Syed and Hansa Vithal, a program about the Salaam Baalak Trust and a trailer. Finally this week, Paramount Home Media Distribution has two Steven Spielberg catalog titles coming to 4K UHD: Minority Report, starring Tom Cruise, Colin Farrell, Samantha Morton, Max von Sydow, Lois Smith, Peter Stormare, and Catch Me If You Can, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen, Nathalie Baye and Amy Adams. Both films come with Dolby Vision HDR and DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio, while in terms of extras, Minority Report contains a dedicated Blu-ray disc with several interviews, featurettes, image galleries and trailers, and Catch Me If You Can comes with a Blu-ray copy of the film, which contains six featurettes and a photo gallery.
