For the week that ended on November 1st, Toho's Shin Godzilla (シン・ゴジラ) which was released on 4K UHD this week, came in first place on the Blu-ray-only and UHD Sellers charts for the week. The 2016 film was the 31st in the Godzilla franchise and the first since Godzilla: Final Wars (ゴジラ ファイナルウォーズ) in 2004. Originally released on Blu-ray in 2017, the film's 4K UHD release was preceded by a global theatrical re-release in 2025, off the back of the major success of Toho's subsequent Godzilla Minus One (ゴジラ-1.0) in 2023. This week, Shin Godzilla had a perfect HD share of 100%, with 69% of units sold from the 4K UHD format, enough to also make it the week's top 4K UHD title.

Sliding to second place on the Blu-ray-only and UHD Sellers charts in its third week is Walt Disney Home Entertainment's The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The 37th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the third iteration of the superhero family in the past twenty years, after 20th Century Fox tried their hand in 2005 (which spawned a sequel in 2007) and 2015. The new film, which is meant to be a reboot and the first film in Phase Six of the MCU, opened in July 2025 to positive reviews and box office success, grossing over $117 million on its opening weekend en route to over $274 million domestically and over $521 million globally. This week, The Fantastic Four: First Steps sold 82% as many Blu-ray units as Shin Godzilla, with an HD share of 64% and 28% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.

Debuting in third place on the Blu-ray-only chart is Shout Factory and GKIDS' Arcane: Season Two (2024). Both seasons of the video game adaptation have been met with critical acclaim and won numerous awards, with episodes from both seasons winning the Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program in 2022 and 2025. On home video, Shout and GKIDS have treated the series accordingly, with 4K UHD SteelBook and Collector's Edition DigiPack releases for both the first and second seasons throughout 2024 and 2025, which feature the series with Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos audio. In January 2026, the first season will be re-released on 4K UHD in standard packaging. This week, Arcane: Season Two sold 82% as many Blu-ray units as Shin Godzilla, with a perfect HD share of 100% and 68% of units sold from the 4K UHD format, where it sold 77% as many 4K UHD units as Shin Godzilla.

Elsewhere on the Blu-ray-only chart, Cineverse's The Toxic Avenger (2023) debuted at No. 4, while Disney and 20th Century Studios' Edward Scissorhands and Arrow Video's In the Mouth of Madness, both of which also received 4K UHD upgrades this week, came in at Nos. 5 and 8. Outside the top ten, Lionsgate's Blu-ray of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever debuted at No. 11, while their Amazon Exclusive 4K UHD releases of Saw II, Saw III and Saw IV brought those sequels back up to Nos. 13, 15 and 16, respectively. Finally, Lionsgate's new release Blu-ray of Americana (2023) debuted at No. 17.

Elsewhere on the UHD Sellers chart, Arrow's Ms .45 4K came in at No. 18.
