Paramount Pictures has provided a promotional trailer for Kevin Williamson's Scream 7 (2026), starring Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, Isabel May, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, and Joel McHale. The film is scheduled to open in theaters across the nation on February 27.
