Imprint Films has provided a promotional trailer for William Wellman's Track of the Cat (1954), starring Robert Mitchum, Teresa Wright, Diana Lynn, Tab Hunter, and Beulah Bondi. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on July 30.
Description: With the ranch's cattle falling prey to the elusive killer cat, Curt Bridges and his snowbound ranching family are forced to confront the beast to save the family's herd.
Co-produced by John Wayne, the film is based on the 1949 novel by Walter Van Tilburg Clark, and makes startling use of color in cinematography by William H. Clothier (Wings).
