For the week of June 16th, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's will release Looney Tunes Collector's Vault: Volume 1 (1939-1962) via its Warner Archive Collection. The two-disc set contains 50 new-to-disc or newly remastered Looney Tunes shorts, presented uncensored and in their original aspect ratios, with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Also coming from Warner Archive is a four-Blu-ray set, the Gary Cooper 4-Film Collection (1941-1959), which collects four films previously released by Warner Archive individually: Sergeant York (1941), Friendly Persuasion (1956), Love in the Afternoon (1957) and The Hanging Tree (1959), into one lower-priced release. New on Blu-ray from A24 is Aaron Schimberg's A Different Man, starring Sebastian Stan, Renate Reinsve, Adam Pearson, Miles G. Jackson, Patrick Wang and Neal Davidson.

Description: Aspiring actor Edward (Sebastian Stan) undergoes a radical medical procedure to drastically transform his appearance. But his new dream face quickly turns into a nightmare as he loses out on the role he was born to play to a charming stranger who resembles his former self (Adam Pearson), and Edward becomes obsessed with reclaiming what was lost. Stan, Pearson and Renate Reinsve give knockout performances in Aaron Schimberg's genre-bending comedy about what it means to truly love yourself.

A24's Blu-ray release of A Different Man contains Dolby Atmos audio. Extras include audio commentary with Aaron Schimberg, Sebastian Stan and Adam Pearson, the featurette About Face: Making A Different Man and the set documentation "A.D.M. B.T.S." by John Klacsmann. DigiPack packaging also includes six collectible postcards.

New on Blu-ray from Magnolia Home Entertainment is John Donnelly's The Assessment, starring Elizabeth Olsen, Alicia Vikander, Himesh Patel, Minnie Driver, Charlotte Ritchie and Indira Varma.

Description: In a not-so-distant future, where resources are scarce and tightly controlled, even the dream of having a child is not a given. Mia (Elizabeth Olsen) and Aaryan (Himesh Patel) are one of the few couples allowed to take a mysterious assessment for the right to have a child, having successfully navigated a brutal selection process. Desperate to prove themselves eligible, they face their evaluator, Virginia (Alicia Vikander) —cold, unpredictable, and impossible to read. Subjected to seven grueling days of challenges, Mia and Aaryan are pushed to the brink. The trials unravel into a psychological nightmare, forcing them to face their deepest insecurities, shaking the foundations of their relationship and what being parents really means to them.

Turning to catalog titles, Kino Lorber have a number of them coming to Blu-ray or 4K UHD. They are:

A Blu-ray for Edward L. Cahn's Law and Order (1932), starring Walter Huston, Harry Carey, Russell Hopton, Raymond Hatton, Ralph Ince and Harry Woods. Sourced from a new 4K master by Universal Pictures and the Film Foundation, Kino presents Law and Order with an audio commentary by author Max Allan Collins (Road to Perdition) with Heath Holland (host of the Cereal at Midnight podcast). Also included is William Nigh's Without Honor (1932), starring Harry Carey, Mae Busch, Gibson Gowland, Mary Jane Irving, Ed Brady and Tom London. Preserved by the Library of Congress, Kino presents Without Honor with an audio commentary by film historian Toby Roan and an interview with filmmaker / film historian Bertrand Tavernier.

A remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Billy Wilder's Sabrina (1954), starring Humphrey Bogart, Audrey Hepburn, William Holden, Walter Hampden, John Williams and Martha Hyer. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative by Paramount Pictures, Kino presents Sabrina with Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include two new audio commentaries: one by film historian Joseph McBride (author of Billy Wilder: Dancing on the Edge) and another by film historian / writer Julie Kirgo and writer / filmmaker Peter Hankoff. Also included on the remastered Blu-ray are six legacy featurettes, a documentary and the film's theatrical trailer.

A Blu-ray for Richard Bartlett's Rock, Pretty Baby! (1956), starring Sal Mineo, John Saxon, Luana Patten, Edward Platt, Fay Wray, Rod McKuen. Sourced from a new 4K master by Universal Pictures, Kino presents Rock, Pretty Baby! with a new audio commentary by film historian David Del Valle and a newly remastered theatrical trailer.

A Blu-ray for Arthur Hiller's Promise Her Anything (1966), starring Warren Beatty, Leslie Caron, Robert Cummings, Keenan Wynn, Hermione Gingold and Lionel Stander. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative by Paramount Pictures, Kino presents Promise Her Anything with a new audio commentary by film historian and author Dwayne Epstein.

A remastered Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for Sean S. Cunningham's DeepStar Six (1989), starring Taurean Blacque, Nancy Everhard, Greg Evigan, Miguel Ferrer, Nia Peeples and Matt McCoy. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative by StudioCanal, Kino presents DeepStar Six with a choice of lossless 2.0 or 5.1 audio tracks and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include new audio commentary by Horror-Fix.com's James G. Chandler and Ash Hamilton and two legacy audio commentaries: one with Sean S. Cunningham and visual effects supervisor James Isaac and another with screenwriters Lewis Abernathy and Geof Miller along with an isoldated score track which also includes an interview with composer Harry Manfredini. Also included on the remastered Blu-ray are video interviews from Kino's 2020 Blu-ray release, vintage featurettes and interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, a theatrical trailer and TV spot and an image gallery.

And finally from Kino is a new Blu-ray edition of Tibor Takács' I, Madman (1989), starring Jenny Wright, Clayton Rohner, Randall William Cook, Stephanie Hodge, Michelle Jordan and Vance Valencia. Previously released in 2015, Kino's Blu-ray of I, Madman ports over many of the same extras, including audio commentary by Tibor Takács and actor and artistic supervisor Randall William Cook, Ripped from the Pages: The Making of I, Madman, behind-the-scenes footage (with commentary by Tibor Takács) and the film's theatrical trailer.

Coming to Blu-ray from the Criterion Collection is Mitchell Leisen's Midnight (1939), starring Claudette Colbert, Don Ameche, John Barrymore, Francis Lederer, Mary Astor and Elaine Barrie. Sourced from a new 4K master, Criterion presents Midnight with LPCM Mono audio. Extras include a new audio commentary byauthor and film critic Michael Koresky, audio excerpts of an interview with Mitchell Leisen from 1969, a Lux Radio Theatre adaptation from 1940 and a trailer. Also included is an essay by film critic David Cairns.

Also coming to Blu-ray from Criterion is Charlotte Zwerin's documentary Thelonious Monk Straight, No Chaser (1988), starring Thelonious Sphere Monk, Bob Jones, Charlie Rouse, Harry Colomby, Teo Macero, T. S. Monk, Nellie Monk and Nica de Koenigswarter. Sourced from a new 4K master, Criterion presents Thelonious Monk Straight, No Chaser with LPCM Mono audio. Extras include an introduction by Charlotte Zwerin, a new interview with T. S. Monk (son of Thelonious Monk), a new program on Zwerin and the making of the film with writer Michael Schulman, assistant editor Bernadine Colish and Zwerin's nieces Lisa and Laura Tesone, as well as a trailer for the film. Also included is an essay by musician and scholar Paul Grimstad.

Coming to Blu-ray from Eureka Entertainment is Exact Revenge: The Eunuch / The Deadly Knives (1971-1972), a double-feature of Wing-Cho Yip's The Eunuch (鬼太監) (1971), starring Hua Tsung, Chiao Chiao, Ying Bai, Billy Chan, Bao-Shan Cheng and Tien-Chu Chin, and Il-Ho Jang's The Deadly Knives (AKA Fists of Vengeance) (落叶飞刀) (1972), starring Li Ching, Yun Ling, Lily Li, Kwok-Kuen Chan, Shen Chan and Hsi Chang. Sourced from HD masters, Eureka presents both films with original Mandarin audio and optional, newly revised English subtitles, while The Deadly Knives also includes an optional English dub. Extras include new audio commentary on The Eunuch by action cinema experts Mike Leeder and Arne Venema and on The Deadly Knives by Frank Djeng (NY Asian Film Festival). Limited edition content includes a "collector's booklet featuring new writing on both films in this set by writer and film critic James Oliver".

Also coming to Blu-ray from Eureka is Po-Chih Leong's Hong Kong 1941 (等待黎明) (1984), starring Chow Yun-Fat, Cecilia Yip, Alex Man, Shih Kien, Paul Chun and Ku Feng. Sourced from a new 4K master, Eureka presents Hong Kong 1941 with original Cantonese mono audio and optional, newly translated English subtitles, as well as an optional English dub. Extras include new audio commentary by Frank Djeng (NY Asian Film Festival) and a new video essay by by Tony Rayns, as well as archival interviews with Chow Yun-Fat and Cecilia Yip. Limited edition content includes a "collector's booklet featuring new writing on Hong Kong 1941 and Po-Chih Leong by Gary Bettinson, editor of Asian Cinema journal".

Coming to Blu-ray from Lionsgate Home Entertainment is Carl Reiner's All of Me (1984), starring Steve Martin, Lily Tomlin, Victoria Tennant, Madolyn Smith Osborne, Richard Libertini and Dana Elcar. Part of the Vestron Video Collector's Series, Lionsgate presents All of Me with LPCM 2.0 audio. Extras include audio commentary with film historian Joe Ramoni, an interview with screenwriter Phil Alden Robinson, a video essay by Hollywood historian Staci Layne Wilson and a theatrical trailer, teaser, TV spots and still gallery. Coming to 4K UHD from Lionsgate is Christopher McQuarrie's The Way of the Gun (2000), starring Ryan Phillippe, Benicio del Toro, Juliette Lewis, Taye Diggs, Nicky Katt and Geoffrey Lewis. Sourced from a 4K scan of the original camera negative, Lionsgate presents The Way of the Gun with a new Dolby Atmos audio remix and Dolby Vision HDR. New extras include the featurettes Intention is Everything and Trigger Discipline, while the disc also includes audio commentary by Christopher McQuarrie and composer Joe Kraemer, an isolated music track with commentary by Kraemer, cast interviews a theatrical trailer and a TV spot. Note: Both All of Me and The Way of the Gun are currently only available from the Lionsgate Limited website and The Way of the Gun is only available in SteelBook packaging.

Coming to Blu-ray from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is Murder, She Wrote: The Complete Series and TV Movies (1984-2003), starring Angela Lansbury. The 62-disc set contains all 12 seasons and 264 episodes of the series in its original 1.33:1 aspect ratio, as well as the four subsequent TV movies aired from 1997-2003.

Also coming from Universal is a 4K UHD re-issue of Steven Spielberg's Jaws (1975), starring Roy Scheider, Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss, Lorraine Gary, Murray Hamilton and Carl Gottlieb. Timed to coincide with the film's 50th anniversary, Universal's new release of Jaws adds a Blu-ray disc with the new feature-length documentary Jaws @ 50: The Definitive Inside Story (2025). In addition to standard packaging, a Limited Edition SteelBook will also be available.

Finally from Universal are two 4K UHD SteelBook collections for the Jurassic Park franchise: The Jurassic Park Trilogy (1993-2001) and the Jurassic World Trilogy (2015-2022). While the previous releases of Jurassic Park (1993), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997), Jurassic Park III (2001), Jurassic World (2015) and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018) all had DTS:X audio and the first four films had HDR only, the new discs in these SteelBook collections all have Dolby Atmos audio and Dolby Vision HDR, bringing them in line with Jurassic World: Dominion (2022).

Finally this week, Milestone Films has a Blu-ray for Charles Burnett's The Annihilation of Fish (1999), starring Lynn Redgrave, James Earl Jones, Margot Kidder, Tommy Redmond Hicks, Ronald F. Hoiseck and Shannon Wilcox. Remastered by UCLA Film & Television Archive and The Film Foundation with funding provided by the Hobson/Lucas Family Foundation, Milestone presents The Annihilation of Fish with a new audio commentary with Charles Burnett (moderated by film scholar Maya Cade), Burnett's film The Final Insult (1997) and a Q&A with Burnett moderated by film scholar Racquel Gates, as well as a re-release trailer.
