Kino Lorber are preparing a Blu-ray release of Bruno Mattei's
The Seven Magnificent Gladiators (1983), starring Lou Ferrigno, Sybil Danning, Brad Harris, Dan Vadis, and Carla Ferrigno. The release is expected to arrive on the market later this year.
Description: A bandit leader endowed with supernatural powers by his sorceress mother makes yearly raids on a peasant village. However, the women of the village come into possession of a magic sword, and go in search of a hero who is able to wield it and save them from the evil bandit. The story is inspired by Akira Kurosawa's classic film
Seven Samurai.
