Capelight Pictures will release on 4K Blu-ray Menahem Golan's Over the Top (1987), starring Sylvester Stallone, Robert Loggia, Susan Blakely, Rick Zumwalt, and David Mendenhall. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on June 30.
