Australian label Imprint Films has informed us that it will add three new Asian titles to its Blu-ray catalog. They are: Portrait in Crystal(1983), The Lost Bladesman (2011), and Shaw-Shock: Shaw Brothers Horror Collection – Volume One (1976-1983).

PORTRAIT IN CRYSTAL (1983)

The master of the modern day crime thriller lends his directing skills to this amazing kung-fu crime fantasy. Hua Shan impressed audiences with such films as The Criminals trilogy, then dazzled them in an entirely different way by helming the superheroic Super Inframan and Flying Guillotine 2.

He combines those two genres in this unusual and gripping adventure starring Pai Piao, long the favorite "go-to guy" for most of Shaw Brothers' best kung-fu filmmakers.

THE LOST BLADESMAN (2011)

Iconic martial arts superstar Donnie Yen stars in this historical martial arts epic from the directors of Infernal Affairs. "Their best film to-date by a considerable margin. … delivers a solid hour of non-stop action." - Screen Anarchy
