Severin has announced that it will release on Blu-ray Lee Frost's film The Pick-Up (1968), starring Wes Bishop, Stefan Zema, and Lois Ursone. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on April 29.
Description: Though their collaborations included such exploitation classics as HOUSE ON BARE MOUNTAIN, LOVE CAMP 7, THE THING WITH TWO HEADS and RACE WITH THE DEVIL, this 1968 crime shocker from writer/director/cinematographer Lee Frost and co-writer/producer/star Wes Bishop was thought lost for decades. But with the recent discovery of its original camera negative in a Paris vault, it can now be seen restored and uncut for the first time ever.
When two bagmen for the L.A. syndicate are robbed of $1 million in Las Vegas mob money by a sexy pair of con artists, it'll trigger a desperate frenzy of carnal violence and brutal vengeance.
