Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced that it will release on 4K Blu-ray and Blu-ray Watchmen: Chapter II (2024). The two releases are scheduled to arrive on the market on December 3.
Description: Chapter II: Outlawed superheroes grapple with their personal lives and each other while racing the clock to solve a deepening mystery connected to an impending nuclear war between the United States and Russia.
The animated feature concludes the faithful adaptation of the groundbreaking graphic novel series by writer Alan Moore and illustrator Dave Gibbons, which redefined the superhero genre when it debuted in the mid-1980s.
The adaptation captures the spirit and style of Moore and Gibbons' original, groundbreaking vision with stunning animation that pays homage to the comic book's iconic visual style. The film features a stellar voice cast that includes Matthew Rhys (TV's "Brothers & Sisters," "The Americans," "Perry Mason") Katee Sackhoff (TV's "Battlestar Galactica," "Longmire," "The Mandalorian") and Titus Welliver (TV's "Lost," "Deadwood," "Sons of Anarchy").
