Shout Factory has provided final details for its upcoming Collector's Edition 4K Blu-ray Oliver Stone's Born on the Fourth of July (1989), starring Tom Cruise, Kyra Sedgwick, Raymond J. Barry, Jerry Levine, and Frank Whaley. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market on November 12.
