The Fall Guy (2024) topped both the Blu-ray-only and overall packaged media charts in its first week. Based on the 1980s TV series,
The Fall Guy opened in May 2024 to positive reviews and topped the box office, albeit with only about $27 million. Ultimately, the film underperformed in cinemas, taking in over $95 million domestically and over $177 million worldwide on a reported budget of between $125-$150 million.This week,
The Fall Guy had an HD share of 64% and 30% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.

君たちはどう生きるか), Studio Ghibli's latest anime film, for which legendary director Hayao Miyazaki came out of retirement, opened in Japan in July 2023 to box office success and critical acclaim. It did the same when it opened in the US in early December 2023, topping the box office on its opening weekend en route to a global total of over $294 million (becoming the fifth highest-grossing Japanese film of all time), and winning dozens of awards, including the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, the Golden Globe for Best Animated Feature Film and in the UK, the BAFTA for Best Animated Film. The Boy and the Heron sold 77% as many Blu-ray units as
The Fall Guy, with a perfect HD share of 100% and 63% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.
And dropping to third place on both charts in its third week is Lionsgate Home Entertainment's
Civil War. Alex Garland's thriller opened in April 2024 to mostly positive reviews, topping the box office and eventually grossing over $68 million domestically and over $122 million worldwide. This week,
Civil War sold 46% as many Blu-ray units as
The Fall Guy, with a perfect HD share of 100% and 26% of units sold from the 4K UHD format.
Elsewhere on the charts, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment's
Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths, Part Three debuted at No. 4 on the Blu-ray-only chart, while Lionsgate's
The Strangers: Chapter 1 debuted at No. 6. Outside the top ten, the Criterion Collection's remastered Blu-ray of
Risky Business came in at No. 11, while Paramount Home Media Distribution's
Halo: Season Two (2024) debuted at No. 13 and RLJE Films'
Arcadian debuted at No. 20.
