For the week of June 10th, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release Adam Wingard's Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, starring Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Dan Stevens, Kaylee Hottle, Alex Ferns and Fala Chen.

Studio description: The epic battle continues! Legendary Pictures' cinematic Monsterverse follows up the explosive showdown of "Godzilla vs. Kong" with an all-new adventure that pits the almighty Kong and the fearsome Godzilla against a colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world, challenging their very existence—and our own. "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire" delves further into the histories of these Titans and their origins, as well as the mysteries of Skull Island and beyond, while uncovering the mythic battle that helped forge these extraordinary beings and tied them to humankind forever.

Warner's Blu-ray releases of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire contain the film's Dolby Atmos audio, with Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD edition. Extras include filmmaker commentary and over an hour of featurettes. In addition to standard packaging, a Walmart Exclusive Dual Format 4K UHD / Blu-ray SteelBook will also be available. Also new from Warner is a Blu-ray for Superman & Lois: The Complete Third Season (2023), starring Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch. The three-disc set contains all thirteen episodes.

New on Blu-ray from Decal Releasing is Michael Mohan's Immaculate (2024), starring Sydney Sweeney, Álvaro Morte, Dora Romano, Benedetta Porcaroli, Giorgio Colangeli and Simona Tabasco.

Sweeney stars as Cecilia, an American nun of devout faith, embarking on a new journey in a remote convent in the picturesque Italian countryside. Cecilia's warm welcome quickly devolves into a nightmare as it becomes clear her new home harbors a sinister secret and unspeakable horrors.

Decal Releasing's Blu-ray of Immaculate contains audio commentary with Michael Mohan.

New on Blu-ray from Paramount Home Media Distribution is South Park: Joining the Panderverse (2023), starring the voices of Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

Description: In SOUTH PARK: JOINING THE PANDERVERSE, Cartman's deeply disturbing dreams portend the end of the life he knows and loves. The adults in South Park are also wrestling with their own life decisions as the advent of AI is turning their world upside down.

New on Blu-ray from Kino Lorber is Ron Frank's documentary Remembering Gene Wilder, starring Gene Wilder, Alan Alda, Mel Brooks, Harry Connick Jr., Burton Gilliam and Michael Gruskoff.

Description: This loving tribute to Gene Wilder celebrates his life and legacy as the comic genius behind an extraordinary string of film roles, from his first collaboration with Mel Brooks in The Producers, to the enigmatic title role in the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, to his inspired on-screen partnership with Richard Pryor in movies like Silver Streak. It is illustrated by a bevy of touching and hilarious clips and outtakes, never-before-seen home movies, narration from Wilder's audiobook memoir, and interviews with a roster of brilliant friends and collaborators like Mel Brooks, Alan Alda, and Carol Kane. Remembering Gene Wilder shines a light on an essential performer, writer, director, and all-around mensch.

Kino's Blu-ray of Remembering Gene Wilder contains additional interviews with Mel Brooks, Harry Connick Jr., Burton Gilliam, Carol Kane, Ben Mankiewicz, Peter Ostrum, Karen Wilder and Alan Zweibel, as well as a theatrical trailer.

New on Blu-ray from RLJE Films is Robert Morgan's Stopmotion, starring Aisling Franciosi, Tom York, Caoilinn Springall, Therica Wilson-Read and Stella Gonet.

Description: Ella Blake, a stop-motion animator struggling to control her demons after the loss of her overbearing mother, embarks upon the creation of a film that becomes the battleground for her sanity. As Ella's mind starts to fracture, the characters in her project take on a life of their own.

RLJE Films' Blu-ray of Stopmotion contains interviews with Aisling Franciosi and Robert Morgan, as well as a behind-the-scenes featurette.

New on Blu-ray and 4K UHD from MPI Home Video is Ross W. Clarkson's The Last Kumite, starring Mathis Landwehr, Matthias Hues, Cynthia Rothrock, Kurt McKinney, Billy Blanks and Michel Qissi.

Official description: When Karate champion Michael Rivers (Mathis Landwehr) wins the last tournament of his career, shady businessman Ron Hall (Matthias Hues) offers him the opportunity to fight in an illegal, deadly Kumite in Bulgaria with the world's best martial artists. Michael declines, only to find out later that his daughter Bree has been kidnapped and that in order to rescue her, he is left with no other option but to fight in the deadly tournament. When he finally gets to Bulgaria, he finds out that he is not the only fighter whose loved one got taken. Now, in order to beat the undefeated Kumite Champion Dracko, Michael trains with Master Loren (Billy Blanks), and Dracko's former Sensei, Julie Jackson (Cynthia Rothrock). But will it be enough for him to win the tournament and save his daughter's life?

MPI's Blu-ray releases of The Last Kumite contain behind-the-scenes, a music video for Stan Bush's "No Surrender", cast and crew interviews, teaser, trailer and more.

Note: As of this writing, this new 4K UHD edition of The Last Kumite is available only in SteelBook packaging.

New on Blu-ray from Shout Factory is the anime film Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning ( デジモンアドベンチャー02 THE BEGINNING), starring Fukujurou Katayama, Junko Noda, Arthur Lounsbery, Ayaka Asai, Kôichi Tôchika and Yoshitaka Yamaya.

Description: It's 2012, and 10years have passed since the adventure in the Digital World. Daisuke Motomiya is now twenty, and he and the rest of the DigiDestined seem to be changing bit by bit in terms of appearance and lifestyle. Then one day, a giant Digitama suddenly appears in the sky over Tokyo Tower.

Shout's Blu-ray of Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning contains both original Japanese and English dubbed DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio tracks. Extras include an introduction by director Tomohisa Taguchi.

Also from Shout is a 4K UHD upgrade for Peter Medak's Species II (1998), starring Michael Madsen, Natasha Henstridge, Marg Helgenberger, Mykelti Williamson, George Dzundza and James Cromwell. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Shout presents Species II with Dolby Vision HDR and a choice of DTS-HD MA 5.1 or 2.0 audio tracks. Extras replicate Shout's 2016 Blu-ray and include audio commentary with Peter Medak, interviews with Natasha Henstridge, creature and special make-up effects creator Steve Johnson, supervising cosmetic designer Leonard MacDonald, transformation supervisor Joel Harlow, chrysalis effects supervisor William Bryan and screenwriter Chris Brancato, special effects outtakes and behind-the-scenes footage, scenes with uncut footage, a featurette, still gallery and theatrical trailer.

New on Blu-ray from Magnolia Home Entertainment is Thomas Cailley's The Animal Kingdom (Le Règne animal), starring Romain Duris, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Paul Kircher, Tom Mercier and Nathalie Richard.

Description: In THE ANIMAL KINGDOM, a visionary new thriller that drops viewers into an extraordinary world where mutations in human genetics cause people to transform into hybrid creatures, François (Roman Duris) does everything he can to save his wife, who is affected by this mysterious condition. As some of the creatures disappear into a nearby forest, François embarks with Emile (Paul Kircher), their 16-year-old son, on a quest to find her with help from a local police officer (Adèle Exarchopoulos). From acclaimed director Thomas Cailley, the film world premiered as the opening night selection of Cannes Un Certain Regard.

New on Blu-ray from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment is Luc Besson's DogMan, starring Caleb Landry Jones, Jojo T. Gibbs, Christopher Denham and Grace Palma.

From acclaimed director Luc Besson (The Fifth Element, The Professional), DOGMAN tells the story of a man who, following a traumatic childhood, finds salvation and justice through his connection with dogs.

Also coming from Universal is a 4K UHD upgrade for Mike Mitchell's Shrek Forever After (2010), starring the voices of Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Murphy, Antonio Banderas, Julie Andrews and Jon Hamm. Sourced from a 4K master, Universal presents Shrek Forever After with a new Dolby Atmos audio mix and HDR. Extras include filmmaker commentary, deleted scenes, featurettes, music videos and more. On the same day, Universal will also release the Shrek: 4-Movie Collection 4K (2001-2010), with all four films on 4K UHD.

New on Blu-ray from Well Go USA is Suiqiang Huo's Blind War (盲战), starring Andy Oh, Waise Lee, Jane Wu, and Vincent Matile.

Description: A former SWAT captain Dong Gu, is permanently injured during a failed mission for which he took responsibility. After gradually getting out of the haze, his old enemy reappeared and threatens his daughter.

Turning to catalog titles, Eureka Entertainment have a Blu-ray and 4K UHD release for King Hu's The Valiant Ones (忠烈圖) (1975), starring Feng Hsu, Ying Bai, Roy Chiao, Sammo Kam-Bo Hung, Chia-Hsiang Wu and Kong Lau. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Eureka presents The Valiant Ones with lossless original Mandarin mono audio, optional, newly-translated English subtitles and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD edition. Extras include a new audio commentary by Asian film expert Frank Djeng, a new interview with critic and Asian film expert Tony Rayns, a new video essay by David Cairns and new interviews with stuntman Billy Chan and actor Ng Ming-choi. Also included are archival interviews with actors Hsu Feng and Ng Ming-choi, as well as Roger Garcia (Hong Kong International Film Festival Society). Packaging includes "a collector's booklet featuring new writing on the film by Jonathan Clements" and a limited edition slipcover.

Coming to Blu-ray from Eureka is Shan-Hsi Ting's A Queen's Ransom (鱷潭群英會) (1976), starring Jimmy Wang Yu, Angela Mao, George Lazenby, Chun Hsiung Ko, Judith Brown and Ni Tien. Sourced from new 2K masters, Eureka presents A Queen's Ransom in both its original Hong Kong version (in original Mandarin or English dubbed) and its English-language export version. Extras include a new audio commentary by Asian film expert Frank Djeng (on the Hong Kong version), a new audio commentary by action cinema experts Mike Leeder and Arne Venema (on the export version), a new featurette by martial artist and actor Michael Worth and a trailer. Packaging includes a reversible cover, a "limited edition collector's booklet featuring new writing on the film by James Oliver" and a slipcover. Coming to Blu-ray from the Criterion Collection is Rainer Werner Fassbinder's Querelle (1982), starring Brad Davis, Franco Nero, Jeanne Moreau, Laurent Malet, Roger Fritz and Hanno Pöschl. Sourced from an HD master (approved by cinematographer Xaver Schwarzenberger), Criterion presents Querelle with LPCM Mono audio. Extras include a new interview with critic Michael Koresky, Wolf Gremm's documentary Rainer Werner Fassbinder - Last Works (1982) and a trailer for the film. Coming to 4K UHD from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment is Luc Besson's La Femme Nikita (Nikita) (1990), starring Anne Parillaud, Patrick Fontana, Tchéky Karyo, Alain Lathière, Laura Chéron and Jacques Boudet. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Sony presents La Femme Nikita with Dolby Vision HDR and a choice of original French 2.0 or 5.1 audio, as well as a 5.1 English dubbed audio track.

Note: As of this writing, the 4K UHD edition of La Femme Nikita is available only in SteelBook packaging.

Finally this week, coming to Blu-ray and 4K UHD from Arrow Video is Anthony Waller's Mute Witness (1995), starring Marina Zudina, Fay Ripley, Evan Richards, Oleg Yankovsky, Igor Volkov, Sergei Karlenkov. Sourced from a new 4K master (approved by Anthony Waller), Arrow presents Mute Witness with LPCM 2.0 audio and HDR on the 4K UHD edition. Extras include two new filmmaker commentary tracks, new visual essays by author and critic Alexandra Heller-Nicholas and author and critic Chris Alexander, a "Snuff Movie" EPK, original location scouting footage, footage with actor Alec Guinness, an image gallery, teaser and a trailer. Packaging includes a reversible cover, a double-sided fold-out poster and an "illustrated collector's booklet featuring new writing on the film by Michelle Kisner.
