But things start to go array when Estelle's 'experiments' take on a more murderous tone. Featuring horror legend Boris Karloff; and Ian Ogilvy (Witchfinder General), this second feature from critically acclaimed director Michael Reeves serves up a strange science fiction scare-fest, guaranteed to send creeps down the spine.

Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings

Description: Thirty-five years after young Tommy is killed by greaser thugs in 1958, he is brought back to life by a group of teenagers, however, he has come back in the form of Pumpkinhead an evil demon, out for revenge. This direct-to-video sequel to 1998's Pumpkinhead is an entertainingly splatter-fuelled horror movie cast in the mold of the video nasty era. Fun, fierce, and dripping with blood.

An Autumn's Tale

Description: Set in New York, this bitter-sweet drama stars Chow Yun-Fat as Sam, a cool, and charismatic waiter who takes his naïve and heart-broken NYU student cousin, Jennifer (Cherie Chung) under his wing. Their friendship grows as he shows this innocent youngster all that life in the Big Apple has to offer. This wonderful time capsule of New York as it was 1987, is perfectly constructed by director Mabel Cheung who frames each shot with care making sure that this a true love-letter to the iconic city from a very original point of view.

Immortal Story

Description: A story of lost lives and lost souls, writer/director Yonfan delivers one of his strongest studies of human fragility. The movie focuses on the relationship between a chanteuse and her Japanese lover from the time they first meet to the present day where she is now at rock bottom and he's a washed-up drug addict. With incredible performances from Sylvia Chang and Shingo Tsurumi, we act as a voyeur, dipping into their bleak, fragmented existences where others control their choices and the only the only light in their lives is their unbroken love.

Night of the Big Heat

Description: A scorching picture from 1967, Night of the Big Heat is a sweat-inducing shocker based on the 1957 novel from John Lymington. The remote island of Fara is experiencing a stifling heat wave in the middle of winter, causing life, as the locals know it, to come to a halt. Tensions rise as the heat increases plus a high-pitched tone of unknown origin is incinerating the villagers. Directed by Hammer favourite, Terence Fisher and starring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee alongside chisel jawed Patrick Allen, Night of the Big Heat is sizzling British sci-fi at its most intense.

The Pleasure

Description: Prolific Italian director Joe D'Amato is back in the softcore zone with a sordid tale about Gerard (Gabriele Tinti) who pines for his dead lover, Leonora (Andrea Guzon) whilst listening to old audio tapes of them having sex sparking memories of their erotic encounters. Back in the present his daughter, who is the mirror image of her mother finds the tapes which leads to questionable trysts and sordid couplings. With plenty of exposed flesh and the bonus of starring Laura "Emmanuelle" Gemser this is one of D'Amato's most stylish and accomplished bump and grind efforts. Fans of Tinto Brass will want to get their hands on this one.

Sex and Zen

Description: "Banned for 400 years!" screamed the original poster and you can see why as this erotic comedy is brilliantly bizarre, pretty sleazy and downright weird. Also known as The Carnal Prayer Mat's Stash of Illicit Love and slightly based on the seventeenth century novel The Carnel Prayer Mat, we follow a desperate man who is convinced by his mentor that he needs to be "well equipped" to pleasure his wife, so he has a horses appendage transplanted onto him! From here on in it gets really strange! A box-office hit in Hong Kong, this Category III movie is an erotic experience like no other and presented here UNCUT and remastered for the very first time.

Curse of the Crimson Altar

Description: When Robert Manning goes in search of his missing brother, his trail leads him to a remote country house owned by the mysterious Morley. There, he finds himself dragged into a nightmarish plot of witchcraft, black magic, and murder. Directed by Vernon Sewell (Blood Beast Terror) and starring horror royalty, Barbara Steele, Christopher Lee, and Boris Karloff, Curse of the Crimson Altar is another wickedly creepy tale from the house of Tigon. Visually arresting and tense and it's not only a satisfying slice of Technicolor gothic, it's also a fan-favourite and cult classic.

Skinned Alive

Description: Rob Zombie popularized the "hillbilly horror" subgenre with films like "House of 1000 Corpses" and "The Devil's Rejects," but writer/ director Jon Killough did it over a decade earlier by making a movie that's fun for the whole family… the Manson family, that is! Crawldaddy and her kids travel cross-country selling fine leather apparel when their van breaks down in the Ohio backwoods. Auto mechanic Tom and his wife Whinnie put them up for the weekend, until ex-cop neighbor Paul discovers what their product is really made of... Painstakingly restored from a 2K film scan of the original 16mm A/B roll cut negative with a dynamic 5.1 surround remix, "Skinned Alive" debuts on Blu-ray. This Ultimate Edition includes hours of vintage and newly-prepared bonus materials plus three audio commentaries. Starring Scott Spiegel ("Intruder," "Evil Dead II," "From Dusk 'Til Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money") and produced by J.R. Bookwalter ("The Dead Next Door," "Robot Ninja")!
