VCI Home Entertainment is preparing a Blu-ray release of Jean Yarbrough's Hillbillys In A Haunted House (1967), starring Ferlin Husky, Joi Lansing, Don Bowman, John Carradine, and Lon Chaney Jr. The release is scheduled to arrive on the market in late August.
Description: Country singers on their way to Nashville get distracted by a shootout between spies and the local sheriff that forces them to stop at an old haunted mansion. Soon after, they realize that the house is not only haunted, but the headquarters of a ring of international spies who are after a top-secret formula for rocket fuel.
