For the week of April 17th, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment will release Elizabeth Banks' Cocaine Bear, starring Keri Russell, Alden Ehrenreich, O'Shea Jackson Jr., Ray Liotta, Isiah Whitlock Jr. and Brooklynn Prince.

Studio description: Inspired by the 1985 true story of a drug runner's plane crash, missing cocaine, and the black bear that ate it, this wild dark comedy finds an oddball group of cops, criminals, tourists and teens converging in a Georgia forest where a 500- pound apex predator has ingested a staggering amount of cocaine and gone on a coke-fueled rampage for more blow … and blood.

Universal's Blu-ray of Cocaine Bear contains a DTS-HD MA 7.1 audio track. Extras include audio commentary by Elizabeth Banks and producer Max Handelman, deleted and extended scenes, a gag reel, an alternate ending and three featurettes. Reviewer Martin Liebman gives the Blu-ray five stars for picture and sound quality, saying: "The image (cocaine) bears much fruit for crispness and textural efficiency, boasting ample clarity and definition to faces, landscape, and gory wounds. Viewers will never be left wanting more in terms of overall sharpness, stability, and detail. Colors are satisfyingly rich and deep". For a full disc breakdown, read Martin's Blu-ray review.

Also new this week from Universal is a Blu-ray for Neil Jordan's Marlowe (2022), starring Liam Neeson, Diane Kruger, Danny Huston, Ian Hart, Daniela Melchior and Alan Cumming

Description: Set in late 1930's Bay City, MARLOWE centers around a street-wise, down on his luck detective; Philip Marlowe (Liam Neeson), who is hired to find the ex-lover of a glamorous heiress (Diane Kruger), daughter of a well-known movie star (Jessica Lange). The disappearance unearths a web of lies, and soon Marlowe is involved in a dangerous, deadly investigation where everyone involved has something to hide.

New on Blu-ray from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is Steven Soderbergh's Magic Mike's Last Dance, starring Channing Tatum, Salma Hayek, Ayub Khan-Din, Vicki Pepperdine, Gavin Spokes and Alan Cox.

Studio description: Just in time for Valentine's Day comes the third installment of the blockbuster "Magic Mike" film franchise, the musical comedy "Magic Mike's Last Dance." The creative team behind the first film, which garnered praise from critics and audiences alike, has reunited to create the magic again: Channing Tatum reprises his role as Mike Lane and Steven Soderbergh returns to the helm with a script from Reid Carolin, who also wrote the first two films. And starring alongside Tatum is Salma Hayek Pinault ("House of Gucci," "Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard").

Warner's Blu-ray of Magic Mike's Last Dance contains a deleted scene and the featurette Magic Mike's New Moves.

Also coming from Warner is a 4K UHD upgrade for Nicholas Ray's Rebel Without a Cause (1955), starring James Dean, Natalie Wood, Sal Mineo, Jim Backus, Ann Doran and Corey Allen. Sourced from a 4K master, Warner presents Rebel Without a Cause with HDR and a choice of a new Dolby Atmos mix or DTS-HD MA 2.0 audio. The 4K UHD disc contains audio commentary, while the included Blu-ray is a duplicate of the 2013 release and additionally contains deleted scenes, documentaries, featurettes and more. Warner also has a 4K UHD upgrade for Sam Liu's All-Star Superman (2011), starring the voices of James Denton, Christina Hendricks, Anthony LaPaglia, Edward Asner, Obba Babatundé and Steve Blum. Warner presents All-Star Superman on 4K UHD with HDR and new extras, including The Art of the All-star Adaptation and An All-Star Salute to the Silver Age Superman.

New this week from Cinedigm is a Blu-ray for Kyra Elise Gardner's documentary Living with Chucky, starring Kyra Elise Gardner, Don Mancini, Brad Dourif, Jennifer Tilly, Fiona Dourif and Alex Vincent.

Description: Living with Chucky explores the iconic Child's Play franchise through a personal and social perspective. Directed and conceived by Kyra Gardner – daughter to chief puppeteer for the majority of the franchise Tony Gardner – Living with Chucky utilizes new and archival interview footage to expose the series cultural impact over the years, with principal cast, crew members including Don Mancini, Brad Dourif, Jennifer Tilly, Tony Gardner, and David Kirshner, alongside fans of the franchise like Marlon Wayans, John Waters, and Abigail Breslin.

New this week from Oscilloscope Pictures is a Blu-ray for Noah Dixon and Ori Segev's Poser, starring Sylvie Mix, Bobbi Kitten and Aujolie Baker.

Description: Wallflower Lennon Gates (Sylvie Mix) yearns for access to the inner sanctum of the underground music scene in Columbus, Ohio. When she creates a podcast to interview the local artists she adores, Lennon discovers her own musical ambitions, develops a fast friendship with the striking, confident performer Bobbi Kitten, and in the process creates an identity not wholly her own. Soon, Lennon's aspirations, with some constructive coaxing from Bobbi to find her voice, lead her down a path of dark obsession.

Oscilloscope's Blu-ray of Poser contains filmmaker audio commentary, Behind the Scenes Mixtape, Sylvie Mix and Bobbi Kitten Chemistry Read, "The World" - musical performance by Alex and Albany and the film's theatrical trailer.

New this week on Blu-ray from Lionsgate Home Entertainment is Matt Nable's Transfusion, starring Sam Worthington, Matt Nable, Phoebe Tonkin and Jeremy Lindsay Taylor.

Description: Ex-special forces operative Ryan Logan (Sam Worthington) has a sharply honed set of survival skills that have allowed him to walk the line between courage and fear. But after a personal tragedy shatters his family and sends his teenaged son, Billy, into a world of drugs and delinquency, he is pushed to the edge. Desperate to make a new life for Billy, Ryan plunges into the criminal underground for one final mission in this muscular, emotionally charged thriller.

Also new on Blu-ray from Lionsgate is Michael Corcoran's Righteous Thieves, starring Cam Gigandet, Jaina Lee Ortiz, Lisa Vidal, Carlos Miranda, Michael Fairman and Danube Hermosillo.

Description: In this ultimate heist thrill-ride, Annabel (Lisa Vidal), a leader of a secret organization engaged in the recovery of priceless artwork, assembles a ragtag crew of art thieves to recover a Monet, Picasso, Degas, and Van Gogh stolen by Nazis during WWII and now in the possession of neo-Nazi billionaire oligarch Otto Huizen (Brian Cousins). As the planned heist approaches, loyalties are tested when the crew learns the real reason behind Annabel's search for the long-lost paintings.

Lionsgate's Blu-ray of Righteous Thieves contains the featurette Coming for it All: Making Righteous Thieves and a trailer.

New this week from Music Box Films is a Blu-ray for Éric Gravel's Full Time (À plein temps), starring Laure Calamy, Anne Suarez, Geneviève Mnich, Nolan Arizmendi, Sasha Lemaitre Cremaschi and Cyril Gueï.

Description: Julie (Laure Calamy) can't catch a break. For a single mother raising two children in the suburbs of Paris but working in the city, the commuter train is a lifeline–and it's suddenly been severed during the latest transit strike. Without the train, Julie can't get to her job as the head maid at a five-star hotel–or to the interview for a better job she has lined up. Out of desperation, Julie turns to neighbors and her own gutsy resourcefulness to commute into the city for work, barely making it back in time to pick up her kids before dinner. Worse yet: it's only Monday. Julie is at her breaking point and soon finds herself bending the rules to stay afloat in a ruthless society as her responsibilities pile up.

New this week from VerticalEntertainment is a Blu-ray for Michael Jacobs' Maybe I Do, starring Diane Keaton, Richard Gere, Susan Sarandon, Emma Roberts, Luke Bracey and William H. Macy.

Description: In New York City's splendor, Michelle and Allen's romance is at the point where it is time for the parents to finally meet. But now face-to-face, the dinner quickly spirals out of control as the parents realize each spouse is sleeping with the other. Trying to hide the affairs from the kids, their antics turn the night into comedic chaos.

Turning to catalog titles, the Criterion Collection has a 4K UHD upgrade for Ingmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal (Det sjunde inseglet) (1957), starring Gunnar Björnstrand, Bengt Ekerot, Nils Poppe, Max von Sydow, Bibi Andersson and Inga Gill. Criterion presents The Seventh Seal from a 4K master, with LPCM Mono audio. Extras replicate previous editions and include a 2003 introduction by Ingmar Bergman, audio commentary with Peter Cowie, Marie Nyreröd's feature-length documentary Bergman Island (2006) and more. Coming to 4K UHD this week from Kino Lorber is Sidney Lumet's 12 Angry Men (1957), starring Martin Balsam, John Fiedler, Lee J. Cobb, E.G. Marshall and Jack Klugman. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Kino presents 12 Angry Men with Dolby Vision HDR and DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono audio. Extras include new audio commentary by film historian / screenwriter Gary Gerani, along with legacy audio commentary by film historian Drew Casper. An included Blu-ray of extras features 12 Angry Men (1997) Beyond a Reasonable Doubt - Making of 12 Angry Men, the featurette Inside the Jury Room and the film's theatrical trailer.

Also coming to 4K UHD from Kino is Sidney Lumet's Serpico (1973), starring Al Pacino, John Randolph, Jack Kehoe, Biff McGuire, Barbara Eda-Young and Cornelia Sharpe. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Kino presents Serpico with DTS-HD MA 2.0 Mono and 5.1 audio tracks and Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include new audio commentary by critics Howard S. Berger, Steve Mitchell and Nathaniel Thompson, while the included remastered Blu-ray contains several legacy featurettes, a photo gallery with commentary by Sidney Lumet and the film's theatrical trailer.

Finally this week, Shout Factory have a 4K UHD upgrade for Richard Loncraine's The Haunting of Julia (AKA Full Circle) (1977), starring Mia Farrow, Keir Dullea, Tom Conti, Jill Bennett, Robin Gammell and Cathleen Nesbitt. Sourced from a new 4K scan of the original camera negative, Shout presents The Haunting of Julia with Dolby Vision HDR on the 4K UHD disc. Extras include new audio commentary by director Richard Loncraine and film historian Simon Fitzjohn, while the included Blu-ray also contains a new introduction to the film by Loncraine, a new locations featurette, new interviews with actors Tom Conti and Samantha Gates and more.
