After the first alleged
spy
pics appeared on the Internet in May, rumors have been rife about the
imminent launch of a slim PlayStation 3. Now, adding fuel to the fire,
Amazon Germany has put up the product on its website.
Granted, this is merely a placeholder without any price or product details, but
it is relevant, especially barely a month before major fairs such as IFA, CEDIA
and the Tokyo Game Show.
Update
Well it didn't take too long - no matter how noncommittal a placeholder is,
Amazon has decided or been asked to pull it. What that means is anybody's
guess, but we'll find out soon enough.
