British label Third Window Films has provided us with an official trailer for Gakuryû Ishii's Punk Samurai (2018), starring Go Ayano, Keiko Kitagawa, Shôta Sometani, Masahiro Higashide, and Tadanobu Asano. A Blu-ray release is expected to be officially announced later this year.
Description: Junoshin Kake (Go Ayano) is a ronin. To get hired by the Kurokaze Han, he lies and tells them that a religious group is trying to destroy them. He is hired, but soon after his new masters learn that he is a liar. After a death sentence is issued, Junoshin Kake becomes a fugitive.
