Paramount Home Media Distribution is preparing a 4K Blu-ray release of Byron Haskin's The War of the Worlds (1953), starring Gene Barry, Ann Robinson, Les Tremayne, Robert Cornthwaite, and Sandro Giglio. The release, which will be part of the Paramount Presents line, is scheduled to arrive on the market on September 27.
