Rick Wakeman: The Six Wives of Henry VIII – Live at Hampton Court Palace' in the UK on Blu-ray on October 5, day-and-date with the DVD. On May 1 and 2, Yes veteran keyboard player Rick Wakeman performed his 1973 classic album, with Hampton Court Palace as a backdrop, to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Henry VIII's accession to the throne. It is the first time that this album has been played live.
No release details are available for the moment, but it is known that, besides the full album, Rick Wakeman also performed two new tracks, “Tudorture” and “Tudor Rock”, plus “Defender of the Faith”, which was cut from the album because of space issues.
