For the week of May 2nd, Walt Disney Home Entertainment will release Domee Shi's Turning Red, featuring the voices of Rosalie Chiang, Sandra Oh, Ava Morse, Hyein Park, and Maitreyi Ramakrishnan.

Studio description: In Disney and Pixar's Turning Red, confident, dorky 13-year-old Mei must balance being a dutiful daughter with the chaos of adolescence. Her slightly overbearing mom is never far from her daughter. And, as if changes to Mei's interests, relationships and body aren't enough, whenever she gets too excited, she "poofs" into a giant red panda!

Disney's 4K UHD release of Turning Red features the film's Dolby Atmos audio, while extras are spread over two Blu-ray discs and include a filmmaker audio commentary, over 20 minutes of deleted scenes, over 30 minutes of featurettes and various trailers from around the world. In addition to standard packaging, a Best Buy Exclusive SteelBook and a Target Exclusive Art Edition will also be available. Reviewer Martin Liebman thinks the 4K UHD disc is excellent, saying: "The image is notably brighter, more vivid, and offers deeper colors compared to the Blu-ray. Colors pop with more intensity here, yielding a spectacular showcase of the film's abundantly colorful palette which includes, of course Mei panda red but also a myriad of colorful tones in dreamy escapes, clothes, colorful accents around homes and the school, and so much more".
