Sandpiper Pictures will add two new titles to its Blu-ray catalog. They are: Oliver Stone's Salvador (1986) and Richard Marquand's Eye of the Needle (1981). The two releases will be available for purchase on May 31.
Eye of the Needle
Description: From Ken Follett's best-selling novel comes Eye of the Needle, a heart-pounding espionage turned romantic-thriller set in the final days of World War II. Donald Sutherland ( M*A*S*H, Don't Look Now) portrays Henry Faber, a nefarious German spy alongside Kate Nelligan ( The Prince of Tides) as Lucy Rose, a stoic English woman caring for her wounded husband (Christopher Cazenove, TV's Dynasty) on a remote Scottish isle. Directed by Richard Marquand (Jagged Edge, Return of the Jedi), Eye of the Needle features a lush score by the renowned Miklós Rózsa ( Ben-Hur).
