In an early announcement to retailers, it has been revealed that Palm Pictures and Umvd/Visual Entertainment will release the Talking Heads concert film '
Stop Making Sense' on Blu-ray on October 13. No information on audio or video specifications or special features is available yet.

The Silence of the Lambs') and lensed by cinematographer Jordan Cronenweth ('
Blade Runner'), with an approach that intently avoided many genre clichés: no fast cutting, no audience shots, no flashy color scheme. Instead, uniqueness is achieved by novel ideas such as opening on a bare stage, expressionistic lighting or David Byrne's famous "big suit".
