Via Vision Entertainment Provides Final Details for Upcoming February Releases

Australian label Via Vision Entertainment has informed us that it has updated the final details for its upcoming February releases. They are: Jerry Lewis At Columbia (1967-1969), The Odd Couple Collection (1968-1998), The Out-of-Towners (1970), The Return of the Pink Panther (1975), and The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training (1977).

The Big Mouth (1967)

While fishing on a San Diego beach, Gerald Clamson catches ... a sea diver! Even more weird, the "fish" resembles him. The man, who is not (yet) dead, reveals his secret to the peaceful angler: he is in fact a mobster who has cheated his associates out of their diamonds. What does not help Gerald at all is that the other hoods are persuaded HE is the double-crosser they are supposed to have done away with. Will he get himself out of such a tight situation? He will of course, but not without a little help from Suzie, the girl he only has eyes for!

Hook, Line and Sinker (1969)

Peter Ingersoll (Jerry Lewis) is living a humdrum existence as a family man and insurance salesman when he finds out from his doctor friend, Scott (Peter Lawford), that he has a terminal illness. Thinking that his life is nearly over, he lives life to the fullest, building up insurmountable debt. When the debt becomes too much, Scott tells Peter that he is actually not sick. To remove the debt, Scott comes up with the idea to stage Peter's death, allowing him to return after the statute of limitations is done. But Peter finds out that his wife (Anne Francis) and Scott are having an affair and that this was all a scheme to get rid of him.

The Bad News Bears in Breaking Training

In this sequel, the Bears are invited to Houston to play against the Texas Little League champs in the famous Astrodome. However, one of their best players has a broken leg and cannot play. Also, the team's last manager has quit, and they have no replacement. While they are on the road, driver and outfielder Kelly Leak (Jackie Earle Haley) seeks out his divorced father, Mike (William Devane), who lives in Texas, to see if he will agree to become the team's new manager.

The Out-of-Towners
