Cinram Sets Up First BD Lines in Germany

Cinram GmbH has announced the installation of its two first Blu-ray replication lines in Germany, at the company's largest European production and distribution center, in Alsdorf, near Aachen. By mid-August, when both lines are operational, total production capacity will be 32,000 units per day.
The first line is already installed and is undergoing testing, while the second will follow in the next few weeks. More BD replication lines are expected to be added as demand increases.
Cinram is one of the world's largest optical disc replication companies. It manufactures discs for Warner Home Video, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and Universal Pictures Home Entertainment
