For the week of January 3rd, Walt Disney Home Entertainment and Searchlight Pictures will release Scott Cooper's Antlers, starring Jesse Plemons, Keri Russell, Rory Cochrane, Amy Madigan, and Graham Greene.
Filmed in 2018 and produced by Guillermo del Toro, Cooper's thriller was originally scheduled for an April 2020 release, with trailers released at early as October 2019, but with the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020, the film was pulled and moved several times until it finally released on October 29th, 2021, days before the Halloween holiday in the United States. Reviews of the film were mixed and it underperformed at the box office, pulling in just over $10 million domestically and over $18 million worldwide.
Disney's Blu-ray release includes several featurettes as extras, including a Comic-Con@Home 2020 Panel interview with Guillermo del Toro and Scott Cooper.
Other new releases this week include Screen Media's Blu-ray for Black Friday, starring Bruce Campbell, Michael Jai White, Devon Sawa, and Ivana Baquero.

Called to the city to stop an imminent terrorist bombing, soldier J.J. The Djinn Label description: Mute boy Dylan (Ezra Dewey) finds a book of spells in the closet when he is left home alone in their new apartment by his father (Rob Brownstein) to work the night shift. New this week from Cohen Media Group is a Blu-ray for Dominik Moll's Only the Animals (Seules les bêtes), starring Denis Ménochet, Laure Calamy, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi, and Damien Bonnard.
