Maison Rouge, the genre arm of British label Screenbound Pictures, has officially announced that it will release on Blu-ray David Hamilton's Bilitis (1977), starring Patti D'Arbanville, Mona Kristensen, Bernard Giraudeau, Mathieu Carrière, and Gilles Kohler. The release will be available for purchase on January 31.
Description: Bilitis (Patti D'Arbanville) is a boarding-school teenager on the verge of full erotic awakening, but during the summer she spends with a married couple in the 1930s the nearest she comes to exploring her sexuality is to be caught up in a sort of wave of sensuality. Soundtrack by Francis Lai (Love Story, Emmanuelle 2).
