Zombie High
Description: Virginia Madsen (Candyman, Sideways) and Richard Cox (Cruising) star in this humorous thriller about the bizarre happenings that occur in a prestigious boarding school. It seems to Andrea Miller (Madsen) that the upperclassmen act like robots. They're the perfect students - dedicated, involved and loyal. Their clothes are perfectly pressed and their hair is perfectly styled. It seems that the teachers have something to do with this ingratiating behavior. And when Andrea, the new kid at school, sees her friends turning into clones, she starts to suspect the worst.
The film features a great supporting cast including Sherilyn Fenn (Twin Peaks, Ray Donovan), Scott Coffey (Mulholland Drive, Lost Highway) and Paul Feig, who would go on to create the TV series Freaks And Geeks and direct such films as Spy, Bridesmaids and the 2016 remake of Ghostbusters.

Anaconda Collection
Description: Beginning with the 1997 cult classic that rocked movie-goers and encouraged a new generation of thrill-seekers to avoid a backpacking trip to the wilds of Latin America, the ANACONDA series hits BluRay from 88 Films with each film restored in gloriously gory HD. For the original film, starring Oscar winner Jon Voight (MIDNIGHT COWBOY), pop sensation J-Lo, Ice Cube (THREE KINGS), Eric Stoltz (PULP FICTION) and Owen Wilson (ZOOLANDER), audiences were introduced to a group of hunted and helpless explorers who encounter a legendary giant reptile whilst sailing upstream in the legendary wilds of Colombia's epic rainforest. ANACONDA wrapped itself around audiences over two decades ago and is sure to slither its way into the hearts of horror buffs of a new generation.
For ANACONDAS: THE HUNT FOR THE BLOOD ORCHID (2004), the veteran fear-filmmaker Dwight Little (HALLOWEEN 4: THE RETURN OF MICHAEL MYERS) gave audiences not just one giant carnivorous serpent but an entire gang of them! Adding even more fright to the formula, the sequel ups the stakes of survival - and was followed by ANACONDA 3: OFFSPRING (2008) in which cult legend David Hasselhoff (STARCRASH) attempts to avoid becoming a snake snack whilst discovering that scientific misdeeds has resulted in the creation of an inflated and very dangerous new forked-tongue antagonist. Finally comes ANACONDAS: TRAIL OF BLOOD (2009), headlined by the great John Rhys-Davis (LORD OF THE RINGS) and packing-in more squish and screams than ever before!!

Hatchet for the Honeymoon
Description: From director Mario Bava, the Godfather of Italian horror, comes Hatchet for the Honeymoon, a superlative early 70s slasher which places us and the erstwhile filmmaker back in the realm of the Gialli feature, a cinematic sub-genre he practically invented. With echoes of Psycho (1960) and Peeping Tom (1960), this unsettling production sees troubled protagonist John Harrington (Stephen Forsythe) turning to a life of serial killing. Refused a divorce by his uncaring wife, and haunted by childhood trauma John takes out his murderous frustrations on a string of would-be brides who innocently cross his path.
Undoubtedly an influence on later movies like Maniac (1980), and a host of other chillers, this often-overlooked piece from one of Europe's finest, is a smart, beautifully stylized, gory delight.
Special Features:
- Audio Commentary by Giallo Cinema Export Troy Howarth
