Kino Lorber have dated and detailed their upcoming Blu-ray release of Jack Smight's made-for-TV film The Screaming Woman (1972), starring Olivia de Havilland, Ed Nelson, Laraine Stephens, Joseph Cotten, and Walter Pidgeon. The release will be available for purchase on October 5.
Synopsis: A former mental patient is haunted by the cries of a woman she believes is buried on the grounds of her estate. Starring Olivia de Havilland, Ed Nelson, Joseph Cotten, Walter Pidgeon, Laraine Stephens, Charles Robinson, Alexandra Hay, Lonny Chapman, and Charles Drake. Cinematography by Sam Leavitt (Anatomy of a Murder, Cape Fear).
