Our good friends over at TV Shows on DVD have the scoop on the upcoming release of '
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation – The Ninth Season', which will be released on Blu-ray on September 1, day-and-date with the DVD (which is a first for this TV series). The BD edition will consist of six discs. Video will be high-definition 1.78:1 accompanied by a 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack.
Special features will include exclusive featurettes, audio commentaries, and possibly BD-Live content.
