Kino Lorber have revealed that they are preparing a Blu-ray release of William Dieterle's film The Accused (1949), starring Loretta Young, Robert Cummings, Wendell Corey, Sam Jaffe, and Douglas Dick. The release is expected to arrive on the market this summer.

Synopsis: When college student Bill (Douglas Dick) grows inappropriately fond of psychology professor Wilma (Loretta Young) and tries to rape her, she fights back. But as she defends herself, she accidentally kills her attacker. Wilma then moves Bill's corpse to a nearby beach and makes his death look like the result of a cliff diving accident. But her guilt over the incident builds, and police Lt. Dorgan (Wendell Corey) begins to suspect that Wilma knows more about the death than she's letting on. NEW 2K MASTER.

Kino Lorber have also confirmed that they will release on Blu-ray Cecil B. DeMille's Unconquered (1947), starring Gary Cooper, Paulette Goddard, Howard Da Silva, Boris Karloff, and Cecil Kellaway. The release is expected to arrive on the market this summer.

Synopsis: To avoid execution on a trumped-up charge, Abby (Paulette Goddard) agrees to be enslaved in the British colonies of North America. The captain of the transport ship, Martin Garth (Howard da Silva), has his eye on her, but he is outbid by Capt. Chris Holden (Gary Cooper), a Virginian. After setting Abby free on shore, Holden learns that Native Americans are plotting to attack the settlers. Holden, suspecting that Garth is in on the scheme, aims to stop them before all the colonists are killed.
