Scorpion Releasing has announced that it will release on Blu-ray John G. Avildsen's Slow Dancing in the Big City (1978), starring Paul Sorvino, Anne Ditchburn, and Nicolas Coster. The release, which will be distributed by Kino Lorber, will be available for purchase in June.
Description: The film stars Paul Sorvino as an aging out of shape reporter who falls in love with the beautiful but sickly ballerina Anne Ditchburn. The film was directed by the infamous John G. Avildsen who directed multiple Rocky and Karate Kid films.
