British label Second Sight has revealed that it is preparing a Blu-ray release of Joel Anderson's
Lake Mungo (2008), starring Rosie Traynor, David Pledger, Martin Sharpe, Talia Zucker, and Tania Lentini. The release is expected to arrive on the market later this year.
Synopsis: Sixteen-year-old Alice Palmer tragically drowns while swimming in the local dam. Her family then experiences a series of strange and inexplicable events in and around their home. Profoundly unsettled, the Palmers seek the help of a parapsychologist. A series of clues lead the family to Lake Mungo, where Alice's dark secret is terrifyingly revealed.
