British distributors 88 Films have announced that they are preparing a Blu-ray release of Umberto Lenzi's thriller So Sweet... So Perverse a.k.a. Così dolce... così perversa (1969), starring Carroll Baker, Jean-Louis Trintignant, Erika Blanc, Horst Frank, and Helga Liné. The release is expected to arrive on the marker early next year.
Synopsis: Jean, a rich Parisian socialite, comes to the aid of a frightened young woman (Nicole) who is under the domineering control of her abusive boyfriend, Klaus. Although married, Jean develops a romantic relationship with Nicole. However, he may have gotten himself involved in more than he bargained for.

Also early next year, the distributors will add to their Blu-ray catalog Claudio Lattanzi's Killing Birds (1987), starring Lara Wendel, Robert Vaughn, Leslie Cumming, and James Villemaire.
