Mill Creek Entertainment has announced that it will add six new titles to its Blu-ray catalog. Amongst them are The Freshman (1990), Blind Fury (1989), and Like Father Like Son (1987).

The Freshman

Synopsis: Clark Kellogg (Matthew Broderick) is robbed moments after arriving in New York, so when he sees his mugger several days later, he confronts him. The man promises to return his property and get him a job with his uncle, Carmine Sabatini (Marlon Brando), who turns out to be a Mafia boss. As Clark continues his shady work for Carmine, he discovers an elaborate underworld that has caught the attention of the authorities. As things come to a head, not everything is what it seems.

Like Father Like Son

Synopsis: While Dr. Jack Hammond (Dudley Moore) is a respected surgeon on his way to getting a coveted position at the hospital where he works, his son, Chris (Kirk Cameron), is a mediocre high school student with problems his dad could not care less about. Then one day, Chris' friend (Sean Astin) invents a formula that causes father and son to switch minds. Now Chris, who is in Jack's body, has to deal with all the grown-up issues his dad contends with, while Jack gets to revisit the days of teen angst.

Blind Fury

Synopsis: He may be blind, but Nick Parker (Rutger Hauer) has a way with a sword. The Vietnam vet pays a visit to an old war buddy, Frank Deveraux (Terrance O'Quinn), only to discover that his friend is in deep trouble. Gangsters have killed Frank's wife (Meg Foster) and are holding him hostage in Reno, Nev. Making a narrow escape with Frank's young son (Brandon Call), Nick heads across the country to even the score. Needless to say, his opponents underestimate him -- and his sword skills.

Crossroads

Synopsis: In search of a long-forgotten blues song, classical guitarist Eugene befriends legendary bluesman Willie Brown after meeting him in a Harlem nursing home. Brown convinces Eugene to break him out of the home and travel to Mississippi to meet the Devil, to whom the old bluesman sold his soul. Starring Ralph Macchio, Joe Morton, Joe Seneca, Jami Gertz, and Jo Marie Payton.
