As we reported
last
week, Universal Studios Home Entertainment recently identified an audio issue on the upcoming Blu-ray release of '
Inside Man'. The studio took
immediate steps to resolve the issue. In order to ensure the highest quality
outcome, the formal release date, originally slated for May 26th, has officially
been moved to June 2nd. Our review team has received the new pressing and verified that the audio issue has been corrected.
On the outside chance that a retailer may have failed to return the defective discs to the distributor, you can check by looking at the back cover of the package. The new pressing (UPC code 025192008252) has a red back cover instead of the black one the previous disc had.
Thanks to Universal's swift reaction, buyers will be able to buy this title on its
release date and have total confidence that they'll get a flawless disc.
