Scorpion Releasing has detailed six upcoming Blu-ray releases: 3:15 The Moment of Truth (1986), A Small Town In Texas (1976), Body and Soul (1981), Night Visitor (1989), P.O.W. the Escape, and The Cycle Savages (1969). The releases will be available for purchase this summer.
3:15 The Moment of Truth
Synopsis: Violent crime is routine, organized drug trade runs rampant in the face of powerless authority, and a vicious street gang holds dominion with a savage reign of terror. Welcome to Lincoln High! Here "the Cobras" rule the school and everyone in it - everyone except for Jeff Hanna. Once the most feared member of the Cobras, Hanna got sick of fighting and got out of the gang for good. But now, the Cobras have brutalized his newfound girlfriend and threatened to kill him for his disloyalty. It's time for one final fight. It's time for one more showdown after the school day ends. Synopsis: After doing five years in prison on a drug charge, Poke is returns to his hometown intent on taking his sweetheart Mary Lee (and their child) away with him to California. His plan hits a snag, however, when he discovers that since his incarceration, Mary Lee has taken up with Duke, the very sheriff who put Poke behind bars in the first place. Things turn even worse for Poke when he later witnesses Duke assassinating a local hispanic politician. Now with Duke out for his blood, Poke must choose to run for his life or make a stand.
