British distributors 88 Films have revealed that they are preparing a number of new Blu-ray releases. Amongst them are: Avenging Force (1986), The Master (1992), and
Knock Off (1998).
Knock Off
Synopsis: Fashion designer Marcus Ray (Jean-Claude Van Damme) has been selling knockoff jeans in Hong Kong, but he's about to get caught -- and not just by his partner, Tommy (Rob Schneider), who's an undercover CIA agent. Marcus' boss, Karen (Lela Rochon), also CIA, is threatening to throw the book at him too if he doesn't prove he's gone straight. But nothing is what it seems, and other forces are conspiring against the fashion designer, including KGB operatives and Russian double agents.

The Master
Synopsis: Jet lI is a martial arts disciple who arrives in the United States to visit his master, who runs a small clinic named "Po Chi Lam". But there's trouble for the duo, as one of the master's former students decides to use his kung-fu powers for evil, and even trashes the clinic in the process. There's only one thing a good martial arts disciple can do...go after the offenders and take them down with righteous fury and a swift kick to the head!

Replicant
Synopsis: Detective Jake Riley (Michael Rooker) is on the trail of serial killer Edward "The Torch" Garrotte (Jean-Claude Van Damme), who murders mothers and sets them ablaze after they're dead. Nearing retirement, Riley is removed from the case but is soon contacted by a government agency that has created a clone of Garrotte using a secret technology. The replicant (also Van Damme) teams with Riley to help track down the killer, but despite the novel approach, Garrotte will be hard to stop.

Street Fighter
Synopsis: Gen. Bison (Raul Julia), the evil dictator of Shadaloo, captures a busload of relief workers and holds them for ransom. Col. Guile (Jean-Claude Van Damme) leads an international strike force to invade Shadaloo and rescue the hostages. Along the way, Guile recruits Chun-Li (Ming-Na Wen), a reporter and martial-arts expert whose father was killed by Bison years ago, two young con men (Damian Chapa, Byron Mann) and a sumo wrestler (Peter Navy Tuiasosopo).
STREET DATE: SEPTEMBER 28.
Piranha II: The Spawning
Synopsis: A scuba diving instructor, her biochemist boyfriend, and her police chief ex-husband try to link a series of bizarre deaths to a mutant strain of piranha fish whose lair is a sunken freighter ship off a Caribbean island resort.
STREET DATE: AUGUST 10.

Synopsis: Julie is an advice columnist for the city newspaper who begins to receive anonymous notes threatening murder and worse. At about the same time, female members of the group therapy session she attends are being stabbed, one by one, by an unknown assailant. Is there a connection? If so, why do the notes talk about murder with a gun, while the murder victims are being stabbed? At first, the police, her ex-husband, her therapist and her friends all assure her that the notes are probably unrelated, and hoax; but with time, it becomes apparent that someone close to her is responsible. Is it her therapist, Pieter, who has sex with his patients just before they are murdered? Or Pieter's daughter, who resents Julie for Julie's romantic involvement with Pieter? Is it Julie's ex-husband, who never really wanted their divorce? Or maybe Gilbert, the eccentric building maintenance man?

Synopsis: The adventures of a restless martial arts student called Dragon, who, while constantly pursuing a girl, gets involved in the affairs of a gang of thieves. Starring Jackie Chan, Ing-Sik Whang, Cam Clarke, Mars, and Michael Wai-Man Chan.
