Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the 1978 film '
Midnight Express' to Blu-ray on July 21st. The release will come with a booklet, and while we are still not sure what the booklet will contain, we expect it will be similar to their Blu-ray release of '
Close Encounters of the Third Kind'. Video will be presented in 1.85:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.
