Scorpion Releasing has dated and detailed its upcoming Blu-ray release of Robert L. Rosen's thriller Raw Courage (1984), starring Ronny Cox, Art Hindle, M. Emmet Walsh, Lois Chiles, Lisa Sutton, and William Russ. The release, which will be distributed by Kino Lorber, will be available for purchase on March 17.
Synopsis: Synopsis: Three ultra-marathoners are on a 72-mile race in the New Mexico desert when they encounter a group of weekend-warrior survivalist types who want to "play with the little runner boys." The runners are in the race of their lives when the demented trigger boys won't leave them alone in this Deliverance descendant. Cinematography by Frank P. Flynn (Against All Odds).
