Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the film '
The Deep' to Blu-ray on July 7th. The film, which stars Jacqueline Bisset and Nick Nolte, is based on a book by Jaws author Peter Benchley. Video will be presented in 2.35:1 1080p AVC accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.
The only extras announced for this release at this time are a making-of featurette and select scenes from the 3-hour special edition.
